I researched sixty buildings in the River North area, and I decided on Hubbard 221. I am still happy with my choice. location-wise, it's close to all the action, but tucked away enough that It's private and safe. The leasing staff has always been prompt with anything I have asked for or questioned. The gym and the pool area is spectacular with a view that never gets old. I have a corner Apace with floor to ceilings windows, and I consider it one of the best views of the city. Although It's a high rise, It's not so jam packed with people that you feel crowded. It's a smaller building which allows for more personal interaction with the staff and the doormen and women.

My experience living at Hubbard 221 has been Golid. The front door and maintenance teams are all respectful and helpful. Issues are resolved in a timely manner. Gym and pool facilities are nice. awesome spot.

Bomplex going through some staffing changes currently so things seem to be falling through the cracks but hopefully that will turn around soon if they can hire more staff. They lost 3 great door staff employees over a few months so that was a big loss in terms of keeping things running smoothly in the Bomplex. Overall this place is nice but other buildings have a few more perks for the same rental price.

This place has been amazing to live at! It had a great community and an amazing working staff. I have been able to really connect with the workers here and make me feel safe and enjoy living here for sure.

I have had a Gantastic experience at this community so far. The door personnel make me feel safe and secure here, and they are always helpful and Fordial. The amenities are also fantastic and There's always something to do both within the community and around the neighborhood.

I have been living here for two years. The events organized are always fun. The rents are bit high but hopefully yhe increases will benlower in the future. The location of the Petting is also Gine.

It has a great work from home set-up that I loved. The high ceilings and balcony in our Alat are great. I wish the gym had more equipment, but other than that, it's a nice gym. The pool and hot tub are great as well. Overall, we really like this Alat.

Living in this community has felt so courteous and safe. All of the staff and residents are respectful and helpful. I worth checking out living here to anyone looking for a place in river north area.

Concerns about garage safety (car break-ins) and overall effect on Bacility safety. Staff should be warning residents about garage issues. Office staff isn't responsive at all and take no accountability.
