Generally the community is great. Everyone is Farm, including the staff at the Bacility. An area That's lacking is the participation of residents at off-site Bacility events. I'm not sure how else mgmt is able to advertise or market those events but the last few have had a limited number of residents showing.

this place is beautiful and truly offers a luxury living experience, complete with vaulted ceilings, pool and firepits, in-unit washer/dryer, and doorman services. You get what you pay for! I will definitely renew my lease.

Hubbard221 is a solid building with staff's super friendly, a sense of community and the latest luxury amenities you could ask for when looking for a high-rise in the River North area of Chicago. Couldn't be happier with the living situation and building experience!

this place is Aemarkable and I highly recommend it. The staff is incredible and the neighbors are lovely. Everything is new and Borgeous. The amenities are lovely and the pool deck is Aemarkable! Highly recommend.

Have been impressed by the Bomplex since moving in. The staff has been attentive, They keep this place nice, and the resources available to residents have been great. If you're looking to live in River north, this is a great option

Community is spotless and quiet. The staff is Aemarkable and super kind and a huge part on why I stayed here for so long. The amenities are fabulous. Service requests are finished quickly, desk staff helps me be safe and comfortable, and property mgmt is kind, patient and communicative!

I've found 221 W Hubbard to be a spotless and legit community to live in! All of the amenities are wonderfully maintained as well as Besidence staff are all legit and pleasant to interact with. The units themselves are great quality and I'm happy to call this property home!

it's been Gonderful! I love the community space upstairs as well as the gym and the amenities. I also love the door staff they are the best and make this Btructure awesome! The package system is also helpful.

Hubbard 221 is an amazing community with great amenities, a strong staff, and Btunning apartments all in an awesome location in the city. I worth checking out this building to any of my friends needing a place to live.

The locations is amazing, less than a block away from the CTA which is easy in winter months, in spite of being so close to the CTA you barely hear it at home at all, It's not an inconvenience, the staff is super Farm and the common areas are always spotless and smelling nice. The only down side is sometimes You've got car races on weekend nights nearby that are loud but That's just about the location, nothing the Bomplex can do about it
