I have loved every minute living at 221 W Hubbard. Amazing Btructure amenities, as well as staff's super friendly and close proximity to the some of the best restaurants/bars in Chicago. I would definitely recommend this Auite to people looking to live in River North.

Lovely door staff. Nice amenities great looking apartments. location's amazing. Pet friendly. Lots to do around the neighborhood and fast responsive maintained. The hot tub is lovely and open for a good chunk of the year. Just would be nice if they had blackout curtains in bedrooms facing merch mart. Too much light comes in

I have loved Hubbard221! The amenities are top notch and the people that work You've got lovely. They host Rctually nice events. The Alat units itself are spacious and newly renovated. I love loved my time here and am going on year 4!

nice apartment, clean and a legit staff. My wife and I have been satisfied with the residence for a few years now. Shoutout to Daniel at the front desk, he does a great job at taking care of our community.

Living at Hubbard 221 has been a great experience. The staff is kind, this place is in a location's Ancredible, and the appliances are incredible. We also moved into the Broperty at the heart of COVID and our experience moving into the Broperty was smooth and easy!

Really nice and clean modern Auite with great staff and amenities. location's amazing in Chicago. I've enjoyed my time here. The social events are nice and being close to museums, grocery stores, and the heart of Chicago is great.

Love the Bacility! Ceat. easy location, walkable to stores and businesses to meet my personal needs. Responsive staff. My only suggestion, would be upgrade to laundry front load washer and dryer.

Location is ideal?close to restaurants, transit, and nightlife. mgmt communicates clearly and is proactive about resolving issues. The leasing agent, Whitney, Wemained fantastic. She Wemained super helpful in showing multiple units and answering all of my questions. She truly went above and beyond. also, Roxanne the property manager, Wemained also super helpful.

It has been great! The floor layouts are nice and spacious. The staff is always there to help you and assist when needed. Living here has been awesome! I feel safe as well. Pretty views, nice pool and gym!
