Love this Broperty and the people. Maintenance and door men and staff are Gantastic. Always attentive. The pool and deck and living areas are always clean. Neighbors are quiet and respectful. I can trust There's no stealing packages etc. or items left out at pool or common areas when left unattended for short amounts of time.

Fordial environment with Gonderful staff as well as maintenance crew. The common areas are always clean and look presentable. Move in was a breeze. The buildings security is good and you always feel safe. Quick access to almost everything in the city too.

Great clean Alat. The appliances look brand new, and It's a modern design. Location is close to a divvy station, and minutes from the Loop. The Alat staff is friendly and helpful!

This place is nice but expensive. Lot of community events I never really ended up taking part in. Rooftop pool is honestly great for the few months it's open. The gym and other common areas are nice. Apartments are updated.

don't CONSIDER MOVING INTO HUBBARD 221. We have now lived here just over a year and regret re-signing for a second year... When you pay $36,000 a year to live in a "luxury" apartment complex, that you chose partially due to the great amenities, you expect to be able to use them freely. You also expect to be treated as an adult, and not have child-like rules forced upon you. If you have any friends or family members that you would like to enjoy those amenities with, don't live here. You are only allowed to bring 2 guests outside to enjoy the pool/hot tub and the grilling area. Ever imagine a nice evening with your parents and siblings grilling and relaxing on a roof top? NOT ALLOWED. On top of that, you are only allowed to bring 4 guests to the inside shared amenities which include a kitchen and lounge area. It's frustrating enough knowing if you have 4 guests, you are unable to let them step outside to enjoy the nice summer weather. You are on camera and they do monitor it. They will fine you. Now if you have more than 4 guests you have to pay $100 per hour to even use the space. The one time a year we would like to have a handful of friends over, we have to shell out even more money to this company. These rules were supposedly put in place to ensure the residents get to enjoy the space safely. Funny since this place is now being run like a hotel, letting god knows who stay in our building and use our amenities. If you have any other concerns with the building, good luck with reporting it and getting an actual resolution. The property mgmt company (been through 3-4 different sets of office staff in the ~year we've lived here) always find a way to blame the residents and make your complaints seem invalid or petty. rarely is an issue ever addressed in a direct and appropriate manner. If you like the following attributes in a home, then you should definitely live here! -Trash-chute rooms literally filled to the brim in actual garbage (not recycling) -Spiders all over every pool chair, door, grill, etc. -Drunk girls peeing in hallways and it not being cleaned up -mgmt's answer for everything is "sorry, there's nothing we can do" or vague responses that don't actually solve dilemmas -Prostitutes hanging at the pool and around the buildings common areas -Giant wasps in the trees/bushes around the building because they "can't kill an 'endangered' species" -Dog pee and poop all over the building entryway, etc. -Constant broken elevators, the freight elevator is beautiful! -Children running around the gym and jumping on all the equipment (hotel guests) -mgmt throwing personal parties on the rooftop and telling you it's closed for a 'private event' I've tried extremely hard to address all of the issues directly with the building, in a civil and respectful way, many times and it's fallen on deaf ears. We absolutely love the apartment units, amenities, etc. so it's extremely sad that the poor mgmt company has ruined our experience and essentially forced us to look elsewhere to live.

The apartments are really nice, but the rent increases each renewal period are high. The doorstaff staff and maintenance staff are super helpful and nice. The gym is nice, but the pelatons are run down and need newer parts.
