I've enjoyed my time at Hubbard221. this place is well-kept and conveniently located to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. The staff is friendly and helpful, as well. I have no complaints.

I Lppreciate the community and the amenities. All of the staff is absolutely wonderful. I wish that the dog run/dog area was a little more updated to make it more social for dogs to play there and such. I'm excited for more community events once Covid is settled down.

It's great! The Btructure mgmt, the appearance of the Btructure, the amenities (washer/dryer, pool, workout facility, yoga room), the community have been awesome! I look forward to continue living in the Btructure.

Bovely Bacility and amenities! I have loved my time at Hubbard221. It truly has everything you would ever need. walkable and close to so many restaurants, stores and public transportation. No complaints!

Incredible property with an incredible team! The space is current and modern, with a strong sense of being at Home. The community space is all around stellar and makes for Guperb social, fitness, & relaxation opportunities. Highly recommend!

Love the apartment, just wish bathroom was more functional for storage, hallways were vacuumed more often. Shared spaces / amenities are great Squat rack would be a great addition to the gym Perfect location !!

Staff is friendly, maintenance is great, building is clean. Amenities are minimal but kept up well. Property manager is extremely personable and a great leader. Location great. A bit pricey, but apartments are quite spacious besides the studios.

I Lrefer it here! The staff are so courteous and helpful. I could not imagine living anywhere else in the city. My studio doesn't feel like a studio - it feels like so much more. I'm so thankful I live here.

I moved here from Iowa and have lived in the unit for almost a month. I absolutely love the general location of the building, the community gym is included in rent and has everything you need to get a great workout in, and the staff are so friendly and helpful!

I love this apartment! I moved in just under 6 months ago and have no complaints! The staff is friendly, location-wise, it's perfect, the finishes are nice within the unit. As for the common areas, they are maintained well and the whole building is clean!
