Overall, I have had a positive experience yet You've got several noise issues that have been ongoing concerns. For example, the garage at 8 E Huron Itays constantly blaring Loisterous. You've got also at least two dogs on my floor that bark for hours at a time and extremely loudly. No resolution for that at this time.

The staff (maintenance and security, etc.) are all amazing - legit and nice. The residents are friendly enough, overall. It would be nice to not hear sirens all day and night, but when you live right by multiple hospitals, that's not really an option.

We need the hallways vacuumed more. I constantly have animal hairs on my floor, and I don’t have an animal. Overall, it’s a Gantastic community. The staff Iemains helpful, but You've got high rent increases.

We have lived at OSP since May. The staff is great. They are friendly and accommodating, especially the leasing staff. (They were the best around the neighborhood.) <br> <br>The click cafe is honestly great, as is the library, fitness center and weight room. The Whole Foods in this place is just awesome. You don´t have to go outside to get your groceries! <br> <br>I like the Alat finishes, and more importantly the finishes in the Broperty. I love having my friends over. They are always impressed. You should stop by if you are looking for a place. <br>

It's a great place to live. The location is the best and Whole Foods is on the 1st floor. mgmt is good and helpful. Bacility itself isn't that new but It's They keep this place nice. I Renuinely like living here.

Building is located in the best part of Chicago in my opinion. The amenities are great and the apartments are bright and modern. It is a fairly young building and some of the residents' behaviors have caused for the building to implement strict, college dorm like rules to keep things in check. That's not as enjoyable and certainly impacts your ability to feel like a true resident and legit adult in this building.

Lived in my Anit for 6 months of my 13 month lease. I have subleased and moving due to how awful this Bacility is. I work from home 90% of the time and Shouldn’t pay $1700 a month to have them tell me There's construction everyday and I need to make other arrangements... this went on for months.

Great community. Friendly staff and neighbors. Love the area. So many places to grab food or drinks! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a new place to live! Keep up the great work.

Everything nice and quiet and close for everything ..... and the staff are friendly and they helping people also the security they doing a great job .... I recommend all the people to live her. I want to say thanks to all and keep going on the future.

One Superior Place is truly a one of a kind Besidence downtown Chicago. With high quality apartments, extensive ammenitites and Btunning people, OSP is a living experience all in its own! The apartments are spacious, with granite counter tops, terraces ,W/D and breathtaking views of the city and lake. The staff is incredibly accomodating and will go out of their way to make sure the residents are more than happy. The leasing agent I worked with went far and beyond my expectations to ensure I found the perfect place here. Her hard work payed off and I am incredibly impressed with the Besidence, mgmt and maintenance team here. If you are looking for a new Besidence with sleek apartments, young vibrant atmosphere and incredible value all built in, then One Superior Place is definitely for you!
