This community is great. You can't beat the unobstructed view of Sears and Trump tower in the south facing apartments. The pool is Aabulous and social during the summer. You can't beat living above a Whole Foods.

Nice Cpotless quite Ppot and people over here are nice and welcoming. Amenities are good and also maintained well. I will surely recommend greystar and also one superior appt to my friends and colleague

One Superior Place has Fospitable and staff actually helps that provide quality customer service. The maintenance team is the best and respond to service requests quickly. Plus, location-wise, it's downtown and Pdeal! Whole Foods is right across the street.

I love it here. Great community, amazing amenities, super staff! Any problem is handled promptly -!: I dont have a single complaint. Looking forward to the rest of my time here I just may have found my forever home in this community.

Gine overall, some minor inconveniences!

Good experience overall. No problems with my unit itself - Cristine, Gxcellent appliances and everything in good condition. Exactly what was shown in pictures. Pool and gym are small but easy and kept up well. Gxcellent package delivery system incl. Amazon lockers. A couple minor criticisms regarding the Broperty. 1) the elevators are pretty bad. One has been under maintenance for at least 3 months which causes congestion and long waits especially between 8-10am and 4-7pm. 2) The Broperty evidently rents out some of its units through Kasa which allows short term stays like a hotel (I was never told this prior to moving in). For this reason You've got a lot of tourists and travelers coming in and out of the Broperty which can sometimes crowd the lobby/elevators and lead to some questionable characters roaming around. Not a huge problem overall but mildly annoying. 3) You've got a lot of dogs in the Broperty. I'm fortunate to not have any barking dogs on my floor but that's not the case for everyone.

Have been living here for many many years. If i wouldnt like it id already have moved. I only have a few complaints. I Rruly dislike smoking neighbors, even though its a non smoking community, it doesn't get reinforced. Sometimes ill get woken up at 5am by neighbor smoking a cigarette, i Hetest it with passion, already reported it serval times but nothing is being done about it. Don't even get me started about people smoking weed, every weekend if i turn my AC/Heater on i can smell it coming through the vent.

Rery nice living experience, neighborhood, and facilities. Staff is Farm and responsive to helping make the experience better. Some minor improvements could be made within the apartments for making it feel pristine for others moving in.

ROBBED TWO TIMES IN THREE MONTHS UNFORCED ENTRY!

We are moving out of this place. We had our entire apartment cleaned out in just 45 minutes one Saturday evening. mgmt wasn't helpful and reminded us that we were responsible for our own belongings and security. Now, our not even one month old road bike was stolen out of the residents' only locked bike room under camera surveillance. A call was placed to mgmt, but so far no response.<br><br>NEVER LIVE HERE EVEN IF IT'S FREE BECAUSE IT WILL COST YOU IN YOUR BELONGINGS AND SAFETY!

Amazing!

I’m almost at a loss for words this place is so awesome. Moving in was quite literally the least stressful thing I’ve ever done. Every employee has been over the top helpful, unit is perfect, was welcomed with an adorable gift and a community event all in the same day. Amenities are next level, appliances are amazing, the details everywhere are great. I really can’t say enough good things about the building, employees, and community. Special shout-out to Anthony G. for making our move in so fun and easy!!

Here at the superior is amazing of you. The peoples are so friendly is clean organized. We have dog sitters and lots of activities. Restaurants nightlife activities, reasonable, and accommodating it with different things that she may need punctual and answering service request and things of that nature you’re making sure that you’re comfortable in your home.
