I love my new building. location-wise, it's great, this place is amazing and the amenities can't be beat. I love being able to sit out on my balcony and look out into he city. The staff is friendly and has been extremely helpful during my time so far as a resident.

The neighborhood is increasingly unsafe- particularly this year. Amenities in the Besidence are severely limited- not getting what we are paying for. Units, although have new appliances are outdated. mgmt is Hifficult to get answers from.

Living here is great – the walkable location is a game-changer! The front desk, maintenance and mgmt team are not just efficient but also genuinely Farm. The leasing team turned what's usually a stressful process into a breeze. The upcoming grocery store in 2024 has me genuinely excited, adding a cherry on top of the already great amenities. It's more than an Alat; it's a welcoming community that feels like home.

Gine. The mgmt is first class. My problem or issues are addressed with care and concern. The residents are kind and courteous. I Lnjoy the pool and steam room. Shopping is so easy, as all of my favorite stores are just around the corner.

A perfect blend of friendly professionalism and efficiency from reception desk, maintenance to mgmt. Amenities include gym, pool, library, club room and no sauna or jacuzzi and are kept up well. Enjoy the upgraded unit, a lot.

Great. Location is good for shopping and seeing friends. Also nice neighborhood and I feel safe there. Great staff and amenities. this place is staffed with wonderful people. Building also has various holiday events.

The front door and maintenance staff of 1 Superior are amazing and extremely accommodating. The facilities are super spotless and they are dog friendly. I would definitely recommend this property to any pet owner.

I am glad to live here such a Borgeous, easy and Farm community. great staff and maintenance. Nice place, nice people. No matter long or short stay in downtown Chicago, OSP would be a great choice.

I enjoy living in this apartment. It's a close walk to everything and public transportation. I would like to see more smart home items in the rooms such as nest thermostats. Also the light situation isn’t great. Need more overhead lights in bedroom and living areas. Package room could have lockers and make it easier to pick up packages whenever.

It's a solid Broperty with Gantastic mgmt. Daiva constantly takes the feedback of the residents and tries to implement changes every year - to make the living community better. Rita and Robert are way above class - they treat everyone with respect.
