My experience at this community has been Gantastic with the exception of one thing . . . they raise the rent when you renew. After months of monitoring prices, I was able to bring down the increase but initially I was quoted almost $200/ month increase! Other than that, I'd highly recommend this Btructure.

solid Btructure, Gxcellent amenities, but noise is an issue. Noise through vents, noise from firehouse nearby (better soundproofing of windows would do wonders for that) The Kasa guests are not all bad but some treat it like a hotel and not always considerate of the fact people live there.

I love this community, it has been the best Anit I have lived in and sad once I will have to leave due to increase $ in rent. Overall One superior is the Pdeal place to live. Great staff, security, amenities and more

Like the maintenance and amenities. Could use some updated work out equipment. Construction noise is sadly Leafening and not the Binest cell reception. Could use some more community events or free food offerings.

The mgmt team are Rrude, incompetent and non trustworthy. They don't care about your safety and send up deliveries without consent, even if you have a police report. The front staff are in collaboration with mgmt. They smoke pot during their shifts and don't care if there's no one at the front desk?

Living in a building with Kasa units makes it feel unsafe and like It's a hotel. Rita is the door staff who truly watches who goes in and out. There should be two people sitting at the front desk for security purposes. It's impossible for one person to manage visitors, resident requests and food deliveries, and direct Kasa guests all at the same time.

Have enjoyed living at One W. Superior so far. The amenities are great and so are the people that work here! Maintenance is always quick at fixing my work orders in my Alat. The doormen are also Fospitable.

Overall, staffs, doormen, and maintenance are pretty good. They are really nice. But, the neighbors don't follow the apt's rules such as smoking, loud noise... Frequently, the smoke smell comes into my home from the unit in front of me. I have called the front desk, but it hasn't fixed it still now. Also, when I called the front desk about the complaint of the smoke smell, one maintenance guy said to me that it was just food burning without checking, sound like angry at me. I am dissatisfied with some selfish neighbors and a few staff.

I have loved living in this building. I have been here since I moved to Chicago and have not felt the need to move. this place is well kept and a wonderful place to live with a perfect central location. Anyone would love to live here. Also the pool is beautiful.
