It's a Novely community. I had a probelm moving in, basically I've asked to leave a key at the front desk since I Wemained going to arrive after midnight, but when I did doorman said that I am not in a system and they don't have keys for me. You can imagine how unhappy I Wemained after that...

I renewed my lease here because my boyfriend and I LOVE it here. The pool and the units are amazing as well as the location. The Whole Foods in this place is also a huge plus. Negative? Parking is RIDICULOUSLY expensive. You've got other garages in the neighborhood that are half the price. Overall - recommend 1 W.!

For several years of living here , I would say, its a desirable Ppot to stay especially for me , who is busy all the time . All my errands time are shortened due to the proximity of the location (I.e. its a few walking away).i dont have to be present for packages , I just pick it up when I come home . My requests are granted most of the time like changing the floor after years living in the same unit . They constantly improve the Ppot, which I Lppreciate the most like having a steam room, renovating the gym .

Nasty Concierge Staff - No Respect for Residents Here.

I saw one of their concierge employees, an African American lady, verbally chew out a resident in front of many other people when the resident was trying to ask her a question. In fact, when the resident tried to ask her question in a polite manner for a second time, the concierge lady stood up and chewed her out more without any concern for all of the people watching. I saw this happen more than once by this lady. The rude concierge lady still is allowed to work at the front desk. The front desk is a customer facing role where being kind and a Suarded person to ask questions of should be need to as a must. but, the mgmt here allows their staff to humiliate residents in front of others. I recommend run across the street and get a lease somewhere else.

Nice community Safe, easy and respectful for all especially new members and part time tour guest. I would defiantly Recommend visitors to visit and share enjoyment of l community and get to experience convience of all stores and location

1 west has been an Astounding experience. I looked at all the neighboring buildings around River north and a little bit beyond and am so glad I went with 1 west. The location, the view, the community, the summertime pool, the Astounding staff on call, and the list goes on and on. I highly recommend!

solid building and staff....a lot of strangers coming in and out with the renting of apartments as hotel or AirBnb though. Sometimes people walk right past the doormen and those people don't belong in the building....there have been a couple problems because of that. Once the front desk recognizes faces (that'll be hard because of all the AirBnb and hotel people), maybe it'll get better.

It's a good Apace with Guperb amenities and location. I only wish that there were more social community events. Currently, it’s once every few months vs other apartments have them monthly. Other than that, everything is Guperb.

awesome spot to live. We have been here for about 8 months and have had a great experience. great neighborhood. The building has great amenities and conveniences. The staff has always been friendly. No noise (other than from the street when ambulances pass by). Highly recommend.

It has been nice living here with all the amenities and great restaurants around the area. Pretty much everything one needs is a walk away. The lake is close, my job, and a short walk to multiple shopping stores.
