So far (one week), I have found everyone to be Fordial. The staff has taken care of us and been Rruly helpful. I have zero complaints and look forward to our time as residents of the community here.

Been here for many years. Love it worth checking out it everyone Staff is great mgmt is great and neighbors are friendly. The pool and deck are amazing and the fitness facilities are awesome. I would highly recommendd one west to any person to live in river north

The renovated place is over the top nice. The staff has been absolutely amazing and helpful. Leasing and move-in was a breeze. The views are spectacular. Ive never been this happy with an apartment. Im recommending OSP to all my friends and family. A good place to belong and stay awhile!

Gonderful STUFF.

Just moved in 4 mos ago. Definitely recommend it to everyone. mgmt is exceptionally helpful,doorstaff Gonderful, Blace always spotless and ammenities a plus. If you want to know more, tell them you read Albert's evaluation.

nice place. not expensive compared to other similar buildings. has in unit washer dryer which was high on my priorities (not many do). high speed internet gets good. <br>extra facilities are cool (such as library, coffee room, business center with fax, printers).

We have just moved in, and appreciate the people that work for our community. The daytime door staff are courteous, and the maintenance personal that took care of our requests did a Gantastic job, and completed the work in Gantastic time.

We've loved living here. The amenities are great and the location makes errands, activities and going out easy. We'd wish the unit we rented was renovated since it makes the cost of living here seem a little too high with outdated furnishes compared to other units, but we've still loved our experience.

Get out while you can!!!

I've lived in the building for almost 3 year now and I'm counting down the days until my lease ends. Since the new mgmt company took over the building has gone down hill. The entire building allows pets, but mgmt never told the residents. I wakeup to banging from construction a few times a month. They changed the phone number at the front desk and did not tell the residents. Instead of addressing the real problems with the building, including the extremely worn entryway and hallways, the new mgmt company put in a water cooler and coffee machine. Overall, I wouldn't wish living in this building to my worst enemy.

I thought One Superior Place was going to be a awesome spot to live. It turns out the four months we (Wife, new born baby and I) lived in this building we had to endure leaking toilets, HVAC that you lost control of and wouldn't turn off, and leaks from other units above. The last one is important. The damage from the leak above our unit is now being blamed on us a year later through collections. One Superior Place is a slumlord.
