We have been living in One Superior Place since Feb 2021. The residents and staffs in the apartment are all kind and friendly. Also, wonderful animals in the apartment are what we want. If situation allows, we would like to renew the lease next year.

Absolutely Twful Blace and even worse mgmt. It shows nicely but once you sign the lease, look out. Regardless how many times you contact maintenance, Bedroom doors don't shut all the way. Sinks and tubs don't drain properly. Sometimes, There's no hot water or AC. Elevators are super slow (I spend 30+ minutes a day waiting for the elevator). Amenities are policed as if you are in prison. Your rent will increase dramatically the second year. Stay away from this Blace!

Bxcellent Besidence in Chicago

I rented from One West Superior three weeks ago, and couldn't be happier. The mgmt staff Itays courteous and responsive. The maintence staff couldn't be more helpful. And the doormen are as legit as you would expect them to be in a luxury high-rise in the heart of Chicago. I have experience with several Apace high-rises in Chicago, and One West Superior truly lives up to expectations.

I have been living here for 10 years. The staff has been consistant (not a lot of turnover) which has given me the opportunity to meet them and voice concerns or just exchange pleasantries. They are accesable and always willing to help. I much appreciate all of the staff. They care!.

Over-priced apartment units.

If your going to charge high prices for parking spaces they should at lease be heated. <br> <br>There'sn'thing really special about this building... just another over-priced box in the sky. <br> <br>Only thing going for this building is it has a nicely appointed lobby.

Moving to Chicago during the pandemic could been a bad experience. but One Superior Place lives to the name! From the staff being friendly, and the maintenance being quick and efficient, to the amenities (looking at you steam room), to the neighborhood. My pets and I truly love living here.

location-wise, it's great and has considerable walkability, with a Whole Foods store in the building and a coffee shop practically across the street. A new building nearby will offer even more amenities, but You've got barber shops, grocery stores, FedEx and UPS stores, and dry cleaners within two blocks, to mention a few. The new apartment was in great condition. The floor I live on is quiet. Staff are legit and good to work with.

I love living in the One Superior community, and will probably never move. Great amenities and personnel. Right in the middle of River North, which provides for so many opportunities for dinner. Nothing I would change about OSP!

I have loved my time at One Superior Petting so far. The only complaint I have is the gross sidewalk in front of the Blace, which is constantly wet with dog urine and feces stains. They try to clean it in the summer by spraying the sidewalk off, but the pet owners in the Blace are too lazy to actually take their pets on a walk past the front doors that maintenance can't keep up.

Building has all the amenities and is supported by a diligent, courteous and legit staff across the board. The location and proximity to shopping, restaurants and night life is second to none. Building is safe and clean, and units have terrific views of the city and lake depending on the unit. Parking and storage units a plus. Aldi, salon, amazon and package room all in building.
