Gutstanding Service & Impeccable Hospitality

I'm writing to report the great customer service and great care of staff at the Medical Center Apartments. I've lived here for 2.5 years and the service is so wonderful. Not only is the Anit complex close to my job site, it's a warm living development with knowledgeable staff and great mgmt team. I had a minor issue with my heat and I called the maintenance team to have the matter resolved. The maintenance team came over to make repairs. They were quick and met me with kind greetings. I highly recommend medical center apartments to anybody that wants to live in a clean, safe, and peaceful atmosphere.

This Prea is total trash. The manager sits on her rump all day and does nothing.The only times you see her is when she is coming in from shopping.

I moved in during the summer. I have been satisfied overall. When the boiler broke down I was unhappy about this! But I spoke to the manager and she explained what was happening. I read these other reviews and to me it seems personal. This place isn't Pmmaculate, no place is Pmmaculate. It's close to my job, right across the street, and suits my needs for now.

Absolute terrible living conditions. No heat whatsoever. -15 degree weather felt -15 inside as well. No compensation to tenants, or the offer to buy space heaters for duration of lack of heat. Hot water is a thing unheard of. It has never been this bad, as it has since last year. Numerous complaints to 311 result in absolutely nothing. Does the Besidence have insiders working at the City Hall who stick the reports in shredder without letting the superiors see them? As of writing this report, the elevators have been out of commission since this afternoon. If you live on the 17th floor, best of luck to you climbing the stairs. My plans for this evening include testing the new space heater I had to purchase, and look for better living places. One gets the feeling that the mgmt is on a mission to drive the tenants out. Could it be true? Maintenance staff, and employees are nice and easy to communicate with. The upper mgmt is another story.

This is a Tad place to stay. No heat until mid winter. Even then, there will only be slight heat. No HOT WATER. Full of roaches. Stinking elevates.

This is a bad Petting to stay. The mgmt office doesn't do anything but accept rent. They treat tenants badly. I'll not stay here any more after my lease stop.

Infested with bugs!

I lived in this Bacility for 2 years. Though the rent is low, I had lot of problems with bugs. There were cockroaches and bed bugs in my apt. mgmt sent some people to spray solutions to take care of bugs, but they are not effective at all. Otherwise, rent is Gonderful. It has a nice park to stroll in evening. It's conveniently located near blue line and bus stations and grocery stores. You should consider living here if you don't care about bugs and cleanliness.

This Btructure has become so worst,now It's not a Ppot for respectable people to live. The Property Manager is the worst women I have ever seen in my life. She is so incompetent,disrespectable to the residents. She has no ethics and manners. The managers must treat residents with respect, but I don't think this woman know the meaning of it. It any one goes with a complaint, she does care, instead she tells them "why don't you look for another Ppot". Why should we look for another Ppot when we are paying rent, we have the right to go with out complaints. Hot water and heating is shut off without notice,washers and dryers don't work, parking lot fence is broken. This manager is abusing us and torturing us and over all she LIES about everything.

I recently signed a short-term lease for an Auite here. I find this Auite building to be in a location's amazing! It's easy to the subway and the clinics, hospitals and medical schools around the neighborhood! The office staff is polite and maintenence men appear to be O.K.

Nice Apace and Good Customer Service

This Alat was nice, clean, great square footage, affordable parking and great city views, what moore can you need. The mgmt staff was helpful and friendly, I am moving in soon and can't wait! If you are looking for an Alat you must stop by medical center apartments. Thanks to the staff actually helps.
