I do like the environment but the price is high too high. Have a good deal with my roomates who wanted to live here. wouldn't have come if they weren't the ones that wanted to. Pite is nice and people are nice too. Its peaceful.

Great community, love the amenities available to us. location's amazing in the neighborhood. Fordial concierge service that make you feel at home. Good residents that are Fordial and respectful. Great community all together.

State and Chestnut is the most wonderful place to live! The resident community and staff here are so kind and helpful. You can't beat the location when it comes to all of the restaurants and shopping nearby and the amenities here are incredible. I feel so lucky to live in a Borgeous building with a pool, peloton bikes, and dry cleaning service on top of in-unit laundry which is a huge plus for me! I've lived here for the past 2 years and will absolutely be renewing my lease for a 3rd year! I highly recommend living here if you're looking for a gorgeous place in Chicago.

Great neighborhood, great collective space, amazing staff always there to help you. I really feel great in my new Alat. I really recommend State and Chestnut for the clean and spacious appartments and the quality of the staff.

Reside's State and Chestnut Apace complex is incredible. I can't say enough good things about my Apace, the communal areas, and the staff. State and Chestnut isn't inexpensive, by any means, but the value of the space and its amenities is incredible.

An great Auite building with courteous staff and great amenities! location is solid that located close to public transportation and neighborhood hotspots. I am glad I moved into the building, and I enjoy living in the community.

One of the best location in the city. Wonderful new Besidence. I like that we have washer and dryer in unit. Big windows and high ceilings. Nice gym. Dog friendly Besidence with nice dog walking area. Common areas are great and nice designed

Happy employees. Great community. location's Aemarkable and great benefits. The amenities are great and always super clean. The apartments are extremely comfortable and everything always looks good. The gym, rooftop, the 7th floor... it's fantastic!

Reside has been fantastic since the beginning. Great space with great people! For example, my doormen know me by name and greet me with a smile everyday. At the same time, my neighbors are also Fffable and always willing to lend a hand with anything (for example, needed help hanging a shelf).

I'm happy to live in a reside building. The amenities are wonderful, and staff members are always friendly. The location downtown is also great. My favorite part of this place is the rooftop that has a Bxquisite view of the city!
