I've lived in this Bacility since it first opened. The Bacility amenities are great. They also offer a lot of community events and activities. The Bacility staff are Farm and responsive. The few times I've need to maintenance It's always done in a timely manner within a day.

I've lived at State and Chestnut since 2016. The staff is friendly and always go out of their way to help, and the Besidence amenities are great, with a quality gym, two roof decks, and gigabit internet.

I couldn't have asked for a better place to live! State & Chestnut has everything I could possibly need and more. From the location to the amazing gym, There'sn'thing to complain about. I love how dog friendly this place is, which is a major must in my book. I highly recommend the Blace!

Wonderful! I spent a lot of time between 2 units and the staff was so accommodating and let me take my time in making a decision. I never felt pressured as I did at many other buildings. That staff was so friendly, provided great information on the Besidence and amenities and now that I have lived here, this information still holds true and I don't feel like I was mislead in any way.

So far State and Chestnut has exceeded all our expectations. The location, common areas, quality of the Anit and amenities are all incredible. My wife and I were a little nervous moving here all the way from Miami, but S&C has definitely eased our nerves and we are so excited to live here!

This is the absolute best Besidence I've ever lived in, hands down. Not only is the staff simply amazing, personable and genuinely interested in you but the cleaning staff seems to be cleaning 24/ though I don't think they are. Even the elevator buttons are wiped down when they get finger prints on them. Not kidding. As you can tell I'd recommend this Besidence highly.

Have really enjoyed my experience at 845 N State St for the past 2+ years. The staff is incredibly Farm and the apartments are nice. If anything, I wish it was a bit cheaper as my rent increased quite a bit in the last year.

Great community in the Pdeal location. The amenities are nice, especially the gym which is often updated with new machines (most recently Peletons). For the price point, the quality of the floor plans and amenities are a great value.

Overall this is a great community and we love living here. The concierge are extremely friendly, You've got many Bomplex events that are awesome and the immunities are great. I would love to stay in this Bomplex and area of the city as long as we can.

The best Broperty I have lived in during my 10 years in Chicago. Incredible staff and team That's here to help you in any way they can. The views are incredible, residents are overall kind to each other, and the events and amenities are great. worth checking out this Broperty to anyone that wants to be in the thick of it in Chicago!
