I love living at Xavier. I love the fact that everything is convenient amenities throughout the building. The building is beautiful. Management addresses your concerns immediately. The fitness center is opened 24 hours. I love the rooftop I go their to just relax.

Xavier is a wonderful community with endless amenities. The views from the rooftop and every apartment are breathtaking. The front door staff is always welcoming and provide a sense of safety. Overall I would highly recommend living in this building.

Overall, the Xavier is a nice building to live in with nice amenities, beautiful units, and nice staff. Unfortunately the walls are thin so we can hear the neighbors who are up at all hours of the night. Also we were not allowed to tour the unit we would be moving into so we were very disappointed that it did not match up with the information/pictures/floor plan/appliances we were provided with prior to signing the lease.

My stay at Xavier has been absolutely great. Love the apartment Im in. Its a beautiful apartment. The building is beautiful & well built and kept very clean. It is an excellent environment. Its a very peaceful & very safe environment. The management team is very professional. The residents are always polite people. Xavier is absolutely Phenomenal!

One thing that I didn't notice until I move in is how quiet the building is. I rarely hear loud music or someone talking on my floor. I really appreciate this quiet environment as I am kind of sensitive to noises.

The building, staff and amenities are all great. The only downside is that demographic is pretty young and loud. I hear music/TV from my neighbors frequently. I can also hear lots of street noise even though I am on a pretty high floor. I would highly recommend, except for the noise issues.

Living at Xavier has been the best apartment experience Ive had so far. I absolutely love it here. The staff is great, the location is outstanding, and the residents are definitely a community. Great place to have a dog also!

Great experience so far. Residents have all been nothing but pleasant and very friendly. Maintenance is always on top of things whatever it may be. Amenities are amazing with the pool, gym, lounge area, parking for guests, bike safety in a secured building, etc. its all wonderful!

Since I moved in February, I have a pleasant stay in my unit, people there, staff, and residents are friendly. Had to get a new things done and fixed in the apartment, but other than that it has been nice living here at Xavier.

I love the new management efforts to improve the buildings quality of residential living that created a great sense of satisfaction. The building layout displays a creative design to provide many activities to enjoy the surroundings.
