I enjoy living at Xavier. The community is cool and friendly also so is the staff. I like the pool and the cool amenities that the building has to offer. good vibes. plus its super close to target which is sweet

I have loved being a member of the Xavier community. Living at Xavier is like living in a full-service hotel with all the amenities needed for city living - from the pool, gym, concierge, all the little pieces go into making life at 625 W. Division Avenue the best it can be.

grills frequently don't work, pet stained hallway carpets, ice machines don't work, pool damaged, garbage chutes frequently broken. staff is phenomenal. gym is well kept, 18 floor is always clean, building is generally safe and quiet. maintenance is very quick and efficient. Love living here. Some of the complaints are too be expected with a building of this size and is above average compared to other buildings in city.

Positive community experience, no loud noises, nice spaces, but smelly hallway. Would recommend to a friend to live and feel safe in the building, like the staff, like my neighbors and the neighborhood. Plan to live here for a good amount of time

I enjoy living in the Xavier community. The staff is always courteous and helpful. I appreciate the cleanliness of the property. I would definitely recommend Xavier to a family member or friend. Xavier is a great building to live in! I feel safe living here, community spaces are always so clean. Management always gets back to you quickly if you ever need anything. Anytime I put a maintenance request, they are quick to fix it.

I love having the amenities this building provides. The maintenance staff and door staff are incredible. I also really like how dog-friendly the building is. I wish that the neighborhood was safer, but that feels out of the building's control. If the neighborhood was safer, I would be more keen to recommend this apartment building to a friend.

The Xavier community was the perfect fresh start that I needed, while entering this new chapter in my life. The staff had made my actual move-in process run stress free, and the work from home level has been such a huge help with my job. Such a laid back, but respectful vibe here. Love the location and my studio/convertible unit is the perfect size for me. :)

Xavier is such a nice building with great amenities. I love the bathrooms and backsplash. Not only do the apartments look nice the staff is always so helpful and proactive. Its never dirty and always smells so good. I cant wait to use the pool in the warmer weather to come.

In this challenging span of time in our area, its good to feel safe and in a friendly environment. Xavier staff seem to go out of their way to make this a happy place. Or.. it could just be the quality people skills they obviously have naturally.. At any rate, it is appreciated.
