I have enjoyed living here so far. My unit is quiet, clean, and spacious. When looking for an apartment, I really valued location, safety, and space, which my unit's got all of. The only true negative is that There'sn't an in-unit washing machine

Great area to live in! The apartments could be better kept up and laundry facilities are not great, but over all, it's not bad. The roof deck is great and the surrounding area is usually in good shape. I Renuinely appreciate the complimentary coffee and doggie bags.

Great apartment complex, community, beautiful views of Lake Michigan. Good amenities and sense of community at 1360 lakeshore. Fun events for residents and pet friendly community including dog parking

The place is amazing the people were so nice and kind. When touring the apartment Heroes was amazing and has helped us with whatever we need since we've been here. He was the main selling point to us and why we moved

We have enjoyed living here much. The staff is GREAT and views are Astounding. This year sadly has been tough due to the noise and loudness of construction. intrusive. I understand it has to be done but a big bummer.

Lazy, unaccomodating, ends up costing you much more?

I just moved into this Besidence, and already I'm annoyed. I've lived in several high-quality apartments, and I have never found an Alat Besidence that nickels and dimes you like this one. Simple things end up being complicated, because the mgmt makes no effort to understand what It's like to be a tenant. An easy move was made harder for me, and I'll tell you, you DEFINITELY don't get treated well for your money. It's almost as if mgmt believes that if you live here, money means nothing to you, so what's another $500 here and there? They'll just put it on your tab. (And deduct it directly from your bank account. Whenever they're in the office, and they have time, they'll explain to you what the charge was for.

this Ppot is outdated. The entrances and roof look Gantastic, but everything else is dark, gloomy, and old. Apartments are far from luxury or anywhere competitive for their price point compared to other neighborhoods. You're paying for the location and rooftop view. In the GC, it's not a bad deal. That's, if construction doesn't take major amenities (the roof) out of commision for extended periods.

I can't speak more highly of this building, community, and staff. I have lived in two different units (1 bed, 1 bath and a 2 bed, 2 bath) and have absolutely loved both. Each unit is spacious with all of the necessities and each building has a fitness center and laundry room. The area is safe, great for summertime activities, and right by a bus stop. There's so much to do in this area and this building is central to everything. I have worked closely with the mgmt staff to resign leases, inquire about available units, and ask questions about the building and they have all responded within the hour of an email sent or have been available in person. This is a wonderful community and building and I will continue to recommend it to everyone!

I first moved in in August the day of the airplane show. I was given access to go up to the roof top and watch the show even though the roof was over the limit. The staff was helpful when I moved in with easy access to the freight elevator. I love having garbage disposal right on my floor. The construction that people comment about having issues with has rarely bothered me as a college student. The apartment complex holds cool events like free cupcake day. The laundry room being on the 21st floor has an amazing view and the machines are almost always available even on Sundays. The entrance to this place is nice for uber drivers to pull up into. The front door staff are friendly. The key only access to get through to the elevators adds an extra level of safety on top of having a door person 24/7 and on top of having a bolt lock on the apartment doors. Carpet when I moved in was perfectly spotless and my windows were just washed clean. They keep up with maintenance cleaning the hallways on Sundays and if an elevator has an issue It's fixed within the next day.

A good place to live in a good neighborhood. Convenience store is really helpful and makes life easier. 24 hour laundry is also an advantage. Door staff is Farm and helpful. Bike storage room isn't the best one but just about okay. Rooftop should NOT be closed in winters.
