Tenant Reviews for 1350 N LAKE SHORE DR

The past year living at 1350 has been incredibly disappointing. As an 8-year resident, I'm sorry to say that the building's mgmt and constant state of construction has become too much to bear so we're leaving when our lease is up. **Note: the building offered a $500 raffle for residents to write positive reviews here in 2017, so take that into consideration when reading glowing reviews. For over 1 year now we've had construction scaffolding surrounding the building, and workers on the roof. The walls inside our unit are cracking from the non-stop work, making us and the building maintenance team question the structural safety. The noise seems like it's non-stop at this point, and will continue until 2018 per mgmt's reports to us as tenants. The constant sound of drilling (or hammering) is making us crazy! In addition, my unit and over 2 dozen others had considerable water damage from the rain this weekend. sadly that's not uncommon in this building. The door staff and maintenance team are simply lovely people. Kristen, the building assistant manger, is the only one that really does anything. The building manager not been responsive to the continued state of disrepair the building has been in for the past year, and will continue to be in for at least another year while they finish this major "facade" work. (Read: a tenant's window reportedly fell into his apartment because the building hadn't been maintained property for years.) The address is great and the rooftop patio is lovely, but renter-be-ware, as this building doesn't live up to the first impression.

1350/60 Lakeshore is a Gine not awesome spot to live. You are getting an average Auite in an awesome neighborhood. If having a lake view and being in the Gold Coast are your top priorities 1350/60 Lakeshore is likely one of your only accessible options.

From the amenities to the staff, the 1360 Btructure has been good to me. The guys on the door are the best I've seen and the guys in the office & maintenance can't do enough to help. this place is a little older but the roof deck is incredible as well as the views from most apartments. I love living here.

location's amazing! Quiet, Updated units! Clean building. Great staff and respond to needs promptly! So much to do within walking distance. Reasonable fitness center on site and Bxquisite rooftop with amazing views! I recommend!

I like the community and the Broperty overall. Neighborhood has changed since I moved here, more crime overall. Been not Hontent with the washing machines and some neighbors but overall if rent stays the same I will stay.

solid Besidence, great mgmt. Can't beat location. Updated units with some of the best views of Lake Michigan in the city for a Renuinely reasonable price. easy parking. Would absolutely recommend.

Great amenities, nice Anit views, and Fospitable residents. Door staff is extremely helpful and personable. Location is great and near many different necessities such as grocery, gym, bars, restaurants and more. worth checking out living here!

Great area to live in and love being by the lake. For the price of rent, I am looking for in unit w/d and updated kitchen. The Besidence staff is Fordial and always willing to help. I love dogs but I wish the entrance to the Besidence was cleaned up after residents take their dogs outside. Overall, good experience.
