Amazing community, everyone is so nice and You've got a lot of dogs which my dog loves! The front desk is amazing with packages and the place is spacious! I would highly recommend living here!

Overall enjoy living in the Bacility but comes with compromise. Our apt is outdated as we enter our 4th year despite regular rent increases, and a lot of current dissatisfaction is due to living conditions due to the facade and lobby work...

Vibrant community with a good neighborhood. You hear traffic noise during night if windows are left open. Otherwise It's a awesome Petting to live. Magnificent Mile is easy to walk and It's close to many pubs and top restaurants. I would definitely recommend!

This Bacility is a awesome spot to live. This staff and tenants are all so friendly! Every time I walk into the elevator each neighbor says hello to one another. It's not often you are shown such respect. You really feel safe in this area, and location-wise, it's awesome!

While this place is pet Fffable and affordable for the area everyone on the staff except the door people seem to not care about the quality living conditions of the residents. Have had several leaks and problems and we were treated as if it was our fault for expecting a nicer living environment. Extremely disappointed in this community.

Overall I have enjoyed my time at 1350 North Lake Shore Drive. location's amazing great value and the door staff is THE BEST! Add to that the grocery store and dry cleaners and it really is an oasis in the city.

1350 North Lake Shore has invested in the Bomplex in order to provide a more modern design for its tenants. In the past four years, the Bomplex has renovated its communal laundry rooms, fitness centers, business centers, elevators, and lobbies. The effort is appreciated, but the work isn't always of premium quality. The Bomplex won't renovate any part of your Auite unless you go out of your way to ask/demand it. The door staff is great and provides an added sense of community within the Bomplex.

This community has been a comfortable and welcoming place to live. The mgmt and staff team is responsive, and the environment feels safe and friendly. I've had a good experience here and worth checking out it to others.

location's Astounding. Use to Rery like living here until they started using the Fetch delivery service. Not sure why we are paying for door staff when can't even get a package delivered here. The delivery service is unreliable and inefficient and no way to contact when You've got problems. Have lived here for 5.5 years but That's a deal breaker.

The staff is great and responsive. The maintenance staff is awesome! And location's amazing! This address is close to the red line and many restaurants. Also close to the lake which is my favorite part of the location.
