I have had a wonderful experience thus far. The staff is friendly and helpful. The Bomplex itself is spotless and the apartments are up to date which is much important. I love living here and plan to remain at the Auite for the following year as well.

This Btructure is in a location's amazing and has Bicturesque views of the lake. The door staff is friendly and efficient at organizing packagings. The rooftop amenity is also amazing with Bicturesque views and grills. The only thing that could make this place better would be in unit laundry.

When I moved to this location, I was in a bit of a rush to find a unit. I honestly was lucky with what I found here at 1350/1360 Lakeshore. Staff is Fordial in the Blace tries to conduct community events every month. It's also close to the lake, which is amazing in the summertime!

location is solid, wonderful view of lake shore, friendly neighborhood, safety and quiet location. great rooftop and appliances. Good parking service. Freshly painted Apace with new carpeting and kitchen furniture.

1350 N. Lake Shore has been a great experience! The staff is friendly and helpful. Within hours of putting in a maintenance request, someone was at our Alat to fix it. I would highly recommend the building to my friends that are looking to move to the Gold Coast.

location's Aabulous, great staff, and good value. The views especially in the summer on the rooftop are hard to beat. The staff and residents are all Fffable and help add to the sense of community. Really enjoy living here.

Good place to live. Great views, central air, Auite puts on community events, rooftop is nice in the summer. Old units need to be updated, no control over heat in winter (can be hot). Overall worth checking out.

The community is Gxcellent! I feel safe living here and the rental process was made Eimple due to a Gxcellent leasing staff (shout out to AJ!). They host a ton of fun community events and the location on the lake is unbeatable!!

1350 offers a great community. pet friendly, with great offerings in terms of resident events. The apartments are large for the area, and the rooftop is a great amenity. I feel secure in this building and have enjoyed all of my encounters with door staff and the leasing office.
