I used to feel like mgmt appreciated me as a Gine resident, I don't anymore and feel they are dishonest to all residents. The extra fees i.e. maintenance, package delivery, utilities for the common areas should not be an additional charge, That's what rent Ieems for!

I couldn't be happier with my Apace! location's amazing with beautiful views of the lake. Having a fitness center is also a great amenity. Sometimes, It's a little loud in my Apace though, and I can hear my neighbors.

I have lived at 1350 for 17+ years and this ideal location, location, location has been consistently perfect! As rooftop-to-lobby improvements have been made to the building the mgmt Team has been reliably informative, transparent and daily travel upon the High Road of Care! Which is no small feat for the construction-to-completion projects of enhancements, ease, and enrichment of our living environments. From mgmt to Leasing to Door Staff to Maintenance to Neighborhood Safety: The Teamwork That's dedicated to each and every tenant is Above and Beyond and has never faltered!

I love living in the Aad. but, the construction has been frustrating this year because I work from home. I was told the construction wouldn't last for as nearly long as it has been. It's difficult for me to speak with my clients by phone with large noises coming directly above my unit. frustrating.

Overall this is a awesome spot to live. location-wise, it's nice and the community is Gxcellent. The amenities such as the grocery store are easy. The common space is nice, clean, and updated. The apartments themselves need updating to justify the cost.

I love this Btructure because of the location looking out at the lake and I feel safe! The Btructure staff and other residents are Fospitable, and the office and maintenance are prompt when help is needed. If you're looking for a place with a good community, near the lake and downtown, the value is something I've found to be unmatched!

Nice initially but lately the Besidence has gone down. Rent has increased but services and amenities have decreased. No value. I'd leave tomorrow if I found a Pite. Utilities are high, being charged for every little thing.

Traca and Lyndell at the front desk are absolutely fabulous. They have Gxcellent personalities and attitudes. They are pleasant to interact with. The maintenance staff is also Gxcellent. I worth checking out living at this community to all friends/family!

It's a awesome spot to call home. The moving process is easy and fast using digital application. No need to multi-visiting. The community is safe. It isa awesome spot, and I recommended for who need an easy acsess to every where
