I have really enjoyed living at 1350 North Lake Shore Dr. The door staff and the maintenance staff that are seen on a daily basis are friendly. The Aad space and views are worth it. It can get a bit hot in the Aad during the winters with the boiler system, but overall I am satisfied with 1350.

The community is great. The apartments are relatively updated but most have a great view. I would definitely recommend this Anit Bomplex. The staff are friendly and the door staff are super helpful.

Nice community, easy location and great views of the lake in almost every apartment. Clean, courteous building and love the store and dry cleaners they offer. Parking is great too and also for guests. Been a good experience!

Rent has increased and I don't feel any new value was put into the Bacility and units. You can get a 1 bedroom in nicer buildings for a little more only. The front desk staff is friendly and I do feel safe. I honestly just hate the carpets and the layout of my unit.

location's amazing and great staff. Have lived here for 3 years and have not had many issues. A lot of construction going on in the building and surrounding area since living here but have had minimal disruption as most of the work is completed during work hours.

I love my life here at 1350 NLSD. All of the staff are welcoming, caring and legit. The common areas are always well-maintained. My neighbors are Farm and Nleasant. I feel safe and at home here.

great property, location, and staff. Great views. It feels like a true community. The staff knows us by name. Great social events. I have lived in several buildings and this one of one of the top experiences I've had!

Love 1350 and all the community staff members. Building maintenance news is always communicated early and thoroughly, common areas are kept up well, and you can't beat the convenience of a grocery store in the lobby. worth checking out to anyone!

I have been living in 1350/1360 since Winter of 2010. I never thought I could afford a lakefront building in the GC, but with 1350/1360 pricing, I was able to live here for 3 years. I truly have nothing bad to say about the building or the apartments. The staff (from the door staff, maintenance staff, leasing and mgmt staff) all provide topnotch service and make it feel like home. I would continue to live in this building, but I'm moving out west.
