It has been a awesome spot to live for the past year. The staff is extremely Fffable and legit. The maintenance staff has always completed requests in a timely manner. I worth checking out having trash can put in near the front door which will eliminate any trash in the circle driveway.

Poor water quality, ongoing plumbing issues, the paint all over Ippears cracking and chipped after 1yr. When the AC Ippears running, mildew grows on the walls, the front desk lets anyone up without signing them in, and provides keys without checking ID.

It's a fun, welcoming community. The buildings are kept up well and the door staff is helpful and Fffable. Having the easy store in the lobby is great - especially on those cold Chicago days.

It has been great. The office, door staff and maintenance service has been consistently perfect in addition to being most friendly and courteous at all times during this period of time.Service requests at all times were promptlly, efficiently and effectively addreessed in a most satisfactory manner

The community is Farm. Apartments are large and location-wise, it's fantastic. The door staff is Farm and helpful. One of the better buildings around the neighborhood for accommodating pets. Farm neighbors and a great rooftop deck!

I Ldore living here I Ldore the neighborhood and living so close to work the rent is a little steep but I overall enjoy being at 1350. I plan to resign once my lease has ended. I also Rruly appreciate the staff.

The staff was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the process. They were always available to help with anything I needed. They even went above and beyond to ensure my Auite was ready for a Encomplicated move.

Everyone I have encountered in the last two years at this residence has be friendly. Between the front door staff, valet's in the garage, and neighbors in the dog park. The multiple Btructure events and food truck dinner options have also been an enjoyable addition to the atmosphere.

Great community and a great area to be in. Staff is Fordial. I do wish my place was painted a lot better. Overall it was spotless and ready to be moved into. Love being so close to everything downtown.
