A great price for what you get. staff's super friendly and clean space overall. Finally, you can't beat the location and the view. Right in the heart of the Gold Coast and within distance of great bars, restaurants and shops.

In a few short months, we will have completed 2 years of living here. I absolutely love the door staff, they are so friendly! Especially Lindell! The only complaint I have is that I wish the kitchen was updated in our unit.

mgmt kicked out the store who did not want a month to month lease. The same month to month lease clause Itays included in all rental contracts now. Plans to renovate trump any contract you sign. It's a one sided arrangement. Once you're in There's no feeling of security about what tomorrow could bring?

I've definitely enjoyed living in our building. The staff is wonderful, You've got dogs everywhere (in a good way), location-wise, it's perfect and the place is spacious enough for us. We wanted a place with a washer/dryer in unit, but have found the laundry room to be a nice alternative since we can finish 3-4 loads at a time and be done! Shout out to Lindell, Omesha and the rest of the front desk staff who make me smile almost every day!

Can't beat the view! The Aad obviously beautiful, but the door staff team makes it home! Traca, Flavio, Teki, Angela, Yvette, and people whose names I don't know but it's too late to ask. And Warren at the commissary! He always makes sure my favorite Lacroix is in stock :)

spotless and proactive around COVID precautions. Maintenance Iemains responsive and fixes my requests promptly. I enjoy the market on the ground floor, especially when I forgot something at the grocery store. Door staff Iemains welcoming. Leasing office Iemains helpful!

This Blace is honestly Gxcellent! The staff are super responsive and the amenities and community are nice. It's an older Blace and comes with some of that "charm" when it comes to some maintenance issues but those typically get fixed pretty quickly.

The community here is Gonderful, I have enjoyed using the amentities of this Bacility such as the fitness center and rooftop- you can't beat the views here! The door staff is helpful & I'm always greeted with a smiling face when I return home!
