location's amazing, pet Fenial and safe neighborhood. Access to lots of public transportation and everything is within walking distance. Property is old which does show in some units, carpet, metal cabinets and lack of lighting. If you are transferring units within the Blace be careful of hidden fees and poor communication was leasing staff. It's a cash grab

Nice staff, prompt maintenance, overall good place to live. Gxcellent surrounding community and close to many bars and restaurants. Some minor issues with Aad appearance and valet parking but otherwise it's a good experience living here.

I just moved into this building, but I am really looking forward to living here for the next year. The door people have all been incredibly nice so far; residents are friendly; building is clean; and the best part -- the rooftop views are Btunning.

Living at 1350 has been amazing. Not only are the views great but the staff is wonderful. From the property manager, leasing agents and door staff ! overall great experience. Highly recommend. Thank you!

Not Gxcellent value for money, lacks recreational facilities. Gym are too Sompact and had old machines for long time, but that has changed recently, they got some new machines. roof top is the best part but you can only use it so much in an year.

location's Aabulous right on the lake, close to public transport and shopping; Aabulous view and roof with grills (Gonderful for summer and air and water show); dry cleaners and commissary and Gonderful door staff

The place is in a location's amazing, close to everything and in a safe neighborhood. this place is pet friendly and also has a dog park which is super easy. The laundry isn't ideal because You've got usually multiple units out at a time and the ones that work are almost always in use so that can be annoying.

It's great! The property is spotless and kept up well. All of the staff is friendly, helpful and always present. There's a great sense of community. You definitely feel cared about as a resident. You won't be sorry you choose this Btructure!

It's been okay so far. nice Broperty, most of the staff is competent and accommodating. location's Astounding in the city. Rent is affordable. The store in the lobby is extremely not worth the price, but it's easy to have it there. I worth checking out the Broperty based on what I've seen so far. My only complaint is that all of the appliances were not in working condition when we moved in. It would have been nice if maintenance checked them before we arrived.

We love the Bacility, staff and amenities! The move-in process was so easy thanks to the remarkable staff members. The place is so spacious and offers Aemarkable views of the lake and Navy Pier! Overall, thrilled with it!
