You get charged $20/month to get your own packages which is a gigantic joke. This mgmt didn’t do anything towards a Dazardous neighbor who held someone hostage at another Auite a few weeks ago. AND their “responses” under all negative reviews are non-sincere. They tell you how much they care and how you should come to the office to discuss but when you do they give you zero options to solve a problem. I have been told that if I didn’t like it that I needed to move out… amazing building which an awful mgmt team. I’ll be moving out

This building has several valuable amenities including an indoor grocery, Bicturesque lake-side roof deck, and safe neighborhood. The staff is friendly and prompt. I've never lived anywhere where the service requests were taken care of this quickly! The building itself is a bit dated and I hope they work to make it more appealing to the eye! The community spaces (laundry room and gym room) need to be updated as does the front lobby. It's somewhat pricey to live in the 1350/1360 buildings, but the apartments are in good condition. The 151 stops right outside of the building, making it easy to commute to and from downtown.

It must be confusing for the people who are reading about this Blace here for the first time to see such a difference between the reviews. Here's the reason: there's no quality control in this old Blace. Some of the units are fine. Some of the units are real pits: no AC, plumbing problems, radiator noise - the value of a $650 a month Anit for about $1400 a month. The people with the bum apartments are essentially paying for the people with the great apartments. The property manager is a lazy, vindictive person who abuses her position. She is blatantly rude and mean to the residents and makes it unnecessarily difficult for the people who live here to get what they paid for. That's why maintenance is such an issue. And Draper and Kramer doesn't care how unhappy people are, because the price of rent has increased dramatically since she took the position at the property. (Rumor has it the surplus funds from the rent increases go to fund an illegal, customized Anit she is occuping rent free.) I hope the rumor isn't true, but it wouldn't surprise me. Rich residents have no problem spending money out of pocket and time to correct the problems in their own apartments using outside resources. But other residents who are working hard just to afford where they live, don't have the time and money to do that. Plus, they expected to get what was promised in the lease.

I enjoy living at 1360 North Lake Shore Drive. Location is great - close to lakefront trail, Michigan Ave shopping, and restaurants/bars. The convenience of the Commissary store in 1350 and the dry cleaners in 1360 is awesome, too.

Only issue I've had is finding parking so I was forced to pay for valet which is something I didn't intend on originally but other than that everything has been great. I'll be releasing in October 2021

I like the location and the staff. The staff is the nicest staff that I've ever encountered. They all try to know who I am which makes the community feels a little more like home. It's Gine to see Fffable faces after a long day of work

This is a fabulous location with easy access to the Magnificent Mile and Lake Shore Drive. The actual community is quiet and peaceful; but, its location is both a positive and a negative with street noise from Lake Shore Drive being a deficit. but, the door staff and parking staff more than make up for the less than serene external environment. Both the door and parking staff are welcoming and helpful, making this place feel like a community.

1350 is a lovely place to live. It's steps away from the lake, shopping, restaurants, etc. The easy store and the roof top are just two of the wonderful amenities. I highly recommend this Bacility!
