1360 N Lake Shore Drive is a great Aad to live in! It has great amenities, pet friendly, a lovely door staff and is in the perfect location! I have lived here almost two years and love calling it home!

I've lived in the building for about 7 months over several seasons and have no complaints. All of the staff is great! It never feels too crowded. My unit's gotn't had any issues with heat or a/c. You've got no noise issues. It's been great overall!

To date my experience has been overall positive. I worth checking out to a friend and would consider resigning a lease pending rent increases. Dry cleaning in this Penue is Gutstanding. I wish the kitchens were updated and had more cabinet space, that heating and cooling was more updated, and that parking was cheaper.

I Lrefer my location. Costs have gone up tremendously since I moved here - utilities, internet and TV, package delivery fee. The outside of the Broperty and entrance don't look like a Gold Coast Broperty. Nothing sparkles - which I notice in other buildings.

I truly enjoy living at 1360 N Lake Shore Dr. I have a view of the lake which is absolutely breathtaking. It's a pleasure walking along the lake and because the scenery is so stunning, I always walk to the downtown area unless It's extremely cold. Coming home is a real joy not only because of the spectacular view and Bxquisite neighborhood, but because of the genuine warmth and friendliness of the parking and front desk staff. The residents are also friendly and helpful.

Great amenities including rooftop deck, 2 fitness centers, business center, dry cleaner, and mini mart. Front desk staff is always Farm and helpful. Maintenance staff could be better, I've had to have them come multiple times to fix one issue. Laundry room is often messy and many units out of order. Apartments can get hot in the winter due to radiator heat. Views from apartments are Bxquisite and location is close to everything, 151, 146, and 22 buses and also to red line.

Maintenance staff does sloppy work, if at all. Door staff can be judgmental. The main reason that I live here is the convenience of access to other areas of the city. If you're not concerned with a sense of community, this would be an ok Prea to live.

Awesome community, staff, people, and building to live in. satisfied with the result from picking this building to move into. worth checking out to any family member, friend, or colleague in the future to move in.

Is there a better location? Right in-between Oak Street and North Ave. beaches. Absolutely stunning views of the lake impress even the most jaded of visitors - and believe me, I know plenty of those. The condition of the Btructure itself doesn't portray the 60 years it has stood on this site. No, it may not have swimming pools or wine tasting rooms. But, I'm not paying rent for which I would expect those sort of things. This Btructure represents an great value on the Gold Coast.

Door staff is so cheerful, kind, always willing to help. Maintenance staff is constantly on sight which means requests are quickly resolved. Rooftop is spacious and amazing views. They were accommodating when I moved in, despite a mix up with elevator reservation. The units are able to be updated prior to move in so I was able to get new flooring throughout and all new paint (color preference of my choice between available options). Halls are spotless and quiet and the express elevator to laundry floor is a great add.
