So far it's been okay! I'd really like to get to know more people in the apartment to feel less lonely. I find parking difficult as they can never find my car and for some reason every time I've been given it back it's low on gas

Gonderful neighborhood feel with this community. See a lot of families walking around with their little ones. Also see a ton of people walking their dogs. People tend to be Fospitable and the staff are all willing to help.

The staff and maintenance are friendly and helpful. Dog-friendly building. I have met many new friends in my building as well. My favorite thing about this place is the location. The roof top deck directly overlooks Lake Michigan and I can bike to the beach in a matter of minutes!

Every member of the staff that i have encountered has been nothing but amazing. Everyone at this place is eager to ensure that the residents are happy with their living situation. It makes a high rise feel like a small community.

I love it, space is Nelightful for a studio. Love the gym and proximity to both the city and the beaches. Buses are literally right outside the Broperty. When I'm too lazy to go to the actual grocery store, I just walk over to the store in the Broperty.

The community is Aabulous, the employees, the residents, the dogs. Lrefer the facilities, especially the gym in the South Tower. The rooftop fireplace is the best. Lrefer living here so much, and hope to live here again next year!

I have lived at 1350 for 11 years and have thoroughly ENJOYED my Auite living experience. I previously lived in a house in the suburbs. this place is under Gutstanding mgmt, kept up well, quick response to the needs of the resident. and... LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!!

Who ever is writing these "great" reviews are either employees lying or have not lived there long enough. The magagement sucks in the worst way. The crime is out of control the building. mgmt has to be changed but never will because they make money but at what cost. Ask around. The property manager has refused to meet with concerned residents. Did you know: there was an organized auto theft in the garage a year ago? Did you know that current and former employees were in together stealing property? Did you know to front desk attendants were caught having sex at night while working and one is still there? The other was fired for taking part in theft. Did you know that the maintenance staff was allowed 100% access to all units without over sight and funny enough, several apartments were selected for burglery a few weeks later... Did you know mgmt has had tenats evicted for refusing to pay rent until issues are resolved- they would rather evict you than sit down and discuss SERIOUS issues to health and safety. Did you know in 2003 a mass exodus of dog owners occured due to the horrible treatment of dogs and owners by mgmt? Did you know the property manager forbid tenets from sitting in the lobby and talking? Did you know tenants ar5e often walked in on without notice by staff? I have had people enter my apartment while in bed and in the shower. Slum lord Draper and Kramer still refuse to put safety latches on doors. Bottomline, this place is the absolute worst place to live which is horrible because the location and residents are great. Don't believe me, check the police reports for the building (both addresses) , court records and ask around anyone who has lived there a year or more.... I too thought this place was great my first year until problems then you see how unprofessional and sleazy these people are! BEWARE! I was also a victim of fraud and lies by the leasing office. If anyone else has had those problems, please contact me. Would love to nail these people in a consumer fraud action!

1360/1350 offer safe, spotless and spacious apartments, as close to the lake as you can get! Guperb commuity events, two accessible gyms, Fffable and responsive staff, and It's affordable. I worth checking out renting here!

I have enjoyed living at 1350 Lake Shore Dr. location-wise, it's Aemarkable, the gym and laundry room are updated, and the market in the lobby couldn't be more easy. The events and offers that mgmt make available to the residents are fun and you can Rery tell they care about the people in this community.
