I love this Auite! When I moved in the front desk and maintenance was super accommodating and helped with some random things I needed. The community is Qilent and I rarely hear other tenants. I was hesitant about the outside unit laundry, but the facility works well and is spotless. I have yet to run into a problem finding an open machine. It's definitely the best "bang for your buck" Auite community in Gold Coast. The units themselves are extremely spacious and updated.

An ideal Ppot to live?

I have absolutely loved living at 1360 North Lake Shore Drive. The prime location (in the Gold Coast and across the street from the Lake and walking distance from nightlife and Michigan Ave, yet in a neighborhood setting), the cleanliness of the Broperty, the easy amenities (grocery store in the bldg complete with alcohol and daily fresh danishes), the programs put on by the Broperty (such as wine tastings, holiday parties, and viewing the Air and Water Show from the rooftop--all for FREE--and Fooda, wherein the Broperty invites different area restaurants to the lobby and you can purchase your dinner right there), my friendly and legit neighbors--I've had a terrific experience at 1350/1360 through and through. I am thankful for having been provided with such a nice place to live for the past two unforgettable years. I would also like to take this time out to really commend a member of the maintenance crew--Mario--I have just thought that he is so incredibly delightful...so fast to respond to and fix any problem within the Apace and always pleasant and without complaint! To be honest, the reason I'm moving is financial :/ but I understand that the property's value and location is ideal and this Broperty's rates are definitely comparable to the surrounding rates. I'm a teacher, so I don't make enough money to live in the Gold Coast long-term (though I have loved pretending for the past two :) and I'm "settling down" :) I think if I were still single, I'd try my best to stay in the Apace and be willing to struggle a little financially to do so...I've loved being across from the Lake and having my friends over to the rooftop or just going up to the roof alone and enjoying a glass of wine with my neighbors while watching the fireworks! Being able to walk to the neighborhood park and also downtown and having a bldg That's so dog-friendly and in such a safe area (especially for a single gal!) has been a dream! (And, I've never in my life been inside of a Broperty that even has a gorgeous view from the laundry room!) I've always felt safe and happy as a resident of 1350/1360. If only money grew on trees, I would never ever move from this Apace!

location's Ancredible and great rooftop. Less than average workout center. Somewhat rude door staff. Major rent increases. Low security. Young(ish) tenant age range. Parking garage is inconvenient with its valet service. Quick response to maintenance requests.

If you have a dog and are looking for a place to live That's close to multiple dog parks (not even including the one attached to the building), easy access to the lakeshore path, and the most staff's super friendly you could ask for, this is the place. The neighborhood is fairly quiet with easy access to the rest of the city right off LSD. Rooftop views you cant beat and social events that add a great community feel to the building.

The Ppot is good but the problem is You've got a lot of maintenance going on so the Ppot is loud if you are not a full time employee you will findi it disturbing to live close to drilling and hammering sounds.

I have only hand complications since I moved into 1350 N Lake Shore Apartments. My windowsill was cracked and bugs and dust came into my apartment, drains are constantly clogged, and There's constant maintenance being done where they need to shut off water during the day. It's horrible.

Decent apartment to live in, great neighborhood. Can use a lot of improvements in terms of renovating old structures and apartments with latest appliances etc. The staff can also be more responsive. H

overall nice community. Fospitable neighbors and all the dogs you can pet around there. :) close to bus stops and commissary is really easy. packages are hard to get through. older Broperty but overall It's nice.

I love it here. Everyone is Fospitable, staff is responsive. I moved here from South Florida and looked at several different buildings, but decided on this location because it felt like home. The rooftop is amazing. I can't wait for the renovations to be complete this year. I will definitely renew my lease.

Love the location and everyone is so nice! Also a dog friendly area! The streets are quiet, and Bicturesque. North Ave beach and the lakefront are a 10 minute walk away. Also close but not too close to public transit and all needs!
