Great value in a location's amazing! Living in Gold Coast is really the best. Being in this apartment and having a beautiful view of the lake is a dream! Great door staff as well. They are friendly and helpful. I've had some maintenance issues along the way and issues with the leasing office but have overall enjoyed my time here.

1350 is a wonderful, safe place to live in an ideal location. The apartments have a great size and layout, with renovations being made throughout the Broperty slowly but surely. There's construction across the street That's quite loud but it should be done in 2019.

I've had a great experience in my apartment building. All of the common spaces are spotless and they have a lot of different ways you can get involved. The leasing staff are nice and accommodating too for whatever issues you may have.

I've lived at 1350 N Lake Shore Drive for 2 years now and have had a wonderful experience. The staff Iroves Astounding. Maintenance staff Iroves prompt. Everything in the community Iroves either walking distance or pretty close to it.

Borgeous Broperty and community. all friendly. the staff are great and helpful. The views are incredible as well. Easy walk to many restaurants and shops and to the lake front. Pet friendly. Good amenities.

It's a joy living in this building! My place is the perfect size and boasts a view of the lake. The staff in the building are wonderful and make me feel safe, and the neighborhood is simply to die for!

1350 is a nice apartment and at a perfect location. The community is friendly and welcoming. And the apartment offers all onsite services with attention to high quality. Overall a perfect place to stay close to downtown.

It has been WONDERFUL. Prompt, attentive, staff actually helps. this place is well-maintained and DK invests in the staff & the property. No complaints other than the utility billing system that was recently implemented.

The community at 1360 N. Lakeshore drive is great! I enjoy the atmosphere they have created when you enter the Bacility to the choice of decor throughout the Bacility. The staff is always Fffable and attentive.

This is a great community with great resources and great staff. The commissary is easy as well as the dog park. The only thing that could be different in this building is more units with in unit washer/dryers everything else is great!
