Best location in the city of Chicago. Draper & Kramer provides the best apartment community in the Gold Coast at a reasonably affordable price. No other rental community around the neighborhood compares to the quality of this complex.

You can't beat the neighborhood for safety and the view of the lake is Ancredible but the overall look of the Broperty and upkeep of the interior is below average. The laundry facilities are still poor even after a recent "upgrade" and the rules for owning a pet are not enforced. Most of the door staff and maintenance people are great, but the few bad apples tends to weight down the rest. We've never had pest control problems here, but the Broperty still feels grimy and looks dingy.

The community and service in this Bacility are unmatched. From the door staff to the maintenance crew, smiles and willingness to help are met whenever you see them. Any questions I have as a Necent resident are easily answered by the leasing staff and I could not be happier at any other residence.

Value for money in a great neighborhood. The apartments might be a bit old,but taking the price into consideration, you get great value. location-wise, it's amazing. Overall nice staff. Nice and clean Besidence with great amenities

A nice apartment building with a great door staff. Overall, I like living here, but the constant construction has been an issue lately. The drilling noise is ridiculous, you can't be in your apartment during the day. It seems never-ending.

Great amenities and Farm door staff. The rooftop is the best in Chicago. The maintenance team is also responsive and helpful. I've loved living here and plan to renew for years to come. The leasing office is difficulrt to deal with though

location-wise, it's great, my unIt's a good size and is decently updated. I've had issues with the water quality and the heat in my unit and there's supposedly a "pest problem" with one of the residents which is a major concern of mine. I was also not told about the external work that was being done on the Blace prior to moving in which has inhibited my time spent in the aparmtent (ie. I can't work from home). The door staff is great and super friendly along with the grocery store.

courteous staffing, prompt service, dog dog Fenial! Move-in was a breeze thanks to Lindell the front desk attendant as I was moving from Detroit and knew nobody. Love it here. Renovations to the lobby will really enhance the first impression appearance.

Overall a Gice experience. I suggest D&K have the big shredder truck available once or twice a year. I thought this Wtayed valuable activity years ago. Also could D& K find a company that would pick up old computer and electronic equipment and they could recycle it.

Best maintenance department of anywhere I have lived. They are quick to respond and do the job right the first time. For an older Bomplex It's in relatively Gantastic shape but showing signs of wear and tear in some of the access doors.
