It has been wonderful. Lindell is the best front desk person anyone could ask for but then again EVERYONE at the front desk is Aemarkable and kind. The place is dog Fenial and you can't beat that coffee machine in the lobby!

I love living here so much! I truly feel at home based on interactions with neighbors, front desk staff, leasing, and maintenance. It has everything we need from the dog park to the market downstairs when you need some last minute items. I've recommended it so much that two friends have moved in since I've been here!

It has been an overall pleasant experience living in the community. The door staff are Fenial and the common areas are traditionally clean. The biggest concern is the community laundry, It's not uncommon to have over half the machines not working at a time.

This apartment building offers great value for the area. The apartment itself is nice, and the maintenance staff is wonderful. but, the door staff isn't always welcoming or kind when asking for packages and other requests.

It has been a good experience so far. No complaints. The door staff is super friendly and It's easy having the dry cleaners and commissary market in the lobby of both buildings. The unit itself is also pretty good.

This community has been nothing but Astounding to be apart of! From the first tour of the Broperty to becoming a resident, the process has been seamless and enjoyable. I have lived in multiple buildings throughout Chicago and this Broperty is by far my favorite.

Great young legit friendly apartment complex. On the bigger side as they have both buildings but everything you need, two gyms, awesome rooftops, door staff, maintenance, parking (for extra) and every room has a view of the lake!

The 1350/1360 community provides a safe and Encomplicated residence. There's a grocery store in the Besidence that sells many items. There's also a cleaners within the Besidence. Transportation to shopping on the Mag Mile is exceptionally Encomplicated via public transportation. Safety has never been an issue within the Besidence and the surrounding area is relatively safe contrary to reports of crime in Chicago.

noise level between work being done in the building and work across the street between 6:30/7am and 5/6pm and being on the 4th floor with the office and showroom[though there hasn't been much activity since all the work has been going on] it can get a little loud. the agents i believe try to talk softly it's more the shutting of the doors [in and out of the office and showroom]. it will be a year in august for me and i plan on talking to someone in the office about moving to another floor. i was going to do that awhile ago when there was a problem with a dog barking of and on day and night. that ended with the moving of the dog owner, neighbors happy. feel free to call me if you need more information. i've talked to people on two different floors, though they both work they say their floors are pretty quiet.

I've been living at 1350 for almost two years now. I started off in a studio and then upgraded to a one bedroom. The feel of the apartments are cozy and comfortable. The view from my place is amazing - overlooking the brownstone buildings and the lake. I've never had a problem with mgmt or anything with the building for that matter. The building also has an online system where you can pay rent and put in requests for work to be done in your Apace. They are so fast at fixing everything, I love how if I have a light out or if my toilet overflows - they come asap! The rent includes heat/AC, internet - everything except electric and cable tv. The doormen and women are awesome - Angie is my favorite -she 's the sweetest. I forgot my wallet and she paid my cab fare. Definitely beyond her job. Overall - It's a quiet building, other tenants are nice and There's also a mini mart inside which is incredibly easy. I'm renewing my lease again and happy to be a resident here.
