Loving everything about the Besidence and the neighborhood! The staff/mgmt and maintenance teams are beyond helpful, the front desk staff is warm and welcoming, and the Besidence itself is a lovely place to live! The rooftop puts it all over the edge -- this place can't be beat!

this place is a solid building. It's quiet Anit to Anit with a hum from Lake shore drive (excluding the renovations happening through spring of 2018). The door staff is friendly. The roof-top is awesome. Laundry is always accessible.

I've really enjoyed living at the 1360 building. The staff are all legit and courteous. The building amenities (the commissary, dry cleaning, bike room) are a huge bonus. I'm pleased with how this building is managed. Maintenance requests are promptly completed. You've got great resident social events. Overall a great living experience. The only opportunity for improvement would be updating the Anit units (which they may be doing - I'm not sure). Kitchen appliances and cabinets are outdated (but it's not uncommon to find that around the neighborhood).

First day here, learning about it more. I found it online and it looked spotless and a big loving space for a one bedroom. I toured it abs then I signed the lease the next day. Moving in was easy and fast.

For the most part the construction is over so this place is back to being quiet during the day. If you need something short term, quiet and safe this is an acceptable option. I wouldn't stay here long term though, you will run into issues and it's clear the Bomplex as a whole is on the downswing. Also, ignore the fitness center, laundry room and entry. Instead ask how much cable costs now that the Bomplex unbundled, how humid it gets during the summer (you will need a dehumidifier,) dry in the winter (you'll need a humidifier,) ask the front door staff how they are treated and keep in mind the rooftop is Gonderful during the summer but on the weekends it gets packed with alcoholic children.

So far, I truly enjoy living at 1350. My place is newly renovated and has plenty of space for me to make things feel homey. The building staff, especially its concierge team, are friendly, informative and always willing to help, and I feel completely safe knowing that they are monitoring the lobby. The surrounding neighborhood is walkable and fairly quiet, which is especially nice given that this place is directly on Lake Shore Drive. All in all, I am beyond satisfied with my choice to call 1350 my home.

Gonderful deal for what you pay for. Rooms are extremely quiet outside of the current construction but You've got some events held in the lobby if you want to mingle and socialize. The commissary is easy and overall the staff are honestly Gonderful.

awesome spot to live: I like this Alat so much. The neighborhood is also safe and beautiful. Of course it was a little loud because of construction noise, but overall It's a satisfactory house.

This has been such a great neighborhood! this place is spotless and the staff are fantastic and friendly! There's a commissary downstairs with pretty much anything you need and also in Besidence facilities like a laundry room, exercise room, and office area for residents. There's also a spectacular roof with views of navy pier! I've loved waking up to the sunrise off of Lake Michigan and even though I'm in a studio, it's felt spacious and comfortable. Would 100% recommend this Apace Besidence.
