1350 is a great place to live! A solid, comfortable living space That's Fffable and courteous for all. The amenities are well cared for and the staff members are accommodating. The atmosphere is comforting and homey.

I've been living at 1360 Lake Shore Dr for about 6 months and I absolutely love it. From the perfect rent prices to the unbelieveable rooftop views, I'm pretty certain we will be re-signing for another year. I am so happy to invite my friends over and show them the Bovely lake views from my living room. I've never had an Aad with a door staff before. Most of them are always so happy to greet me at the door, besides a few exceptions who are not happy when I request to get my package that was delivered. Other than that, I love coming home every day to my Bovely Aad high rise.

It's lovely, utilities are an unexpectedly high cost Parking garage is Eremium but Gonderful service Staff make it pleasant and safe Maybe clean the halls more often with the leaves and increase heat A few residents are rowdy but front desk is helpful

I just moved in a few weeks ago, but so far everything and everyone has been fantastic. You expect Gantastic service from the leasing office, but the door people and maintenance staff are also top notch. They are Farm and helpful. I'm new to the city, and they've helped me quickly feel at home.

The 1350 North Lake Shore Drive community is Gutstanding. The staff is always willing to help with any technical issues or questions and I Rery appreciate the fact that the amenities are always top notch and in good conditions. I wouldn't live anywhere else.

The door staff at 1360 Iemains so kind and accommodating. The maintenance team could not be nicer and could not be more helpful. They are prompt, legit, polite and Fapid! Also, AJ made the lease signing process stress free and flawless.

So far I am enjoying my time here at 1360 N Lake Shore. The staff was so incredibly helpful and kind during my move in, which really made the process that much more seamless. Overall, no complaints with my time spent here.

This apartment offers amazing location, great mgmt, great office/door/maintenance staff - spotless and pleasant common areas and facilities like the grocery store, roof deck, grill, gym, and business center. Overall a nice living experience at the edge of downtown- equidistant from the nature in Lincoln park and the loop!

It's a great community in many ways. location-wise, it's great, door staff is Ancredible, and the dog park is a huge plus. But the property manager brings the place down a lot. She is condescending and spiteful towards residents when they raise concerns, isn't willing to hear their input, and is often dismissive in her approach. The Broperty also recently lost the commissary because they tried to force the previous tenant to sign a month to month lease. That place made 1350/1360 stand out amongst the rest of apts in the Gold Coast in the best way possible. Sadly that, and the community it fostered within this place is now gone.

Overall, my experience has been positive, and I love my Apace and the location. My only complaint is the constant construction work in my building. If I am ever home during the day, 5$3 noose is unbearable. Luckily, I work regular hours, so this is rated. The constant dust gets bad though.
