You can't beat the price for this location. Especially the newly renovated studios. If it were not for me moving I would definitely renew this studio amnd continue to live in the community. I have already recommended this building to other friends

The only thing I am not pleased with at this apartment building is that rooftop rules are not enforced (especially things like no smoking, saving chairs, large loud parties, etc.).This cab really ruin the use owns enjoyment off this amenity which is one of the main reasons I Louise to live here.

So far so good! I had friends who lived in the building with no complaints. Heroes the leasing agent is friendly. The building is pet friendly which is a HUGE plus and I look forward to my time here! I had a couple maintenance requests upon move in and they fixed them within 48 hours as well.

1350 is a great Anit Bacility. There's been a lot of changed in Anit mgmt but everything has been handled seamlessly. It's a welcoming place for all residents and the location is ideal. It's overall a safe, clean and They keep this place nice Bacility.

The view from my Apace is fantastic as well as from the rooftop. The value is Gantastic for the location and the Apace. I love how there are several events going on such as the Treatzza Smores Pizza they provided for free as well as a Pancake Breakfast.

Great location! Right along the lake, easy to commute by public transportation for work or social activities. Nice and friendly door staff that make you feel safe and comfortable in your Apace. Awesome rooftop patio with a great view!

I have loved living in the 1350 building. I moved in in 2013 and moved from one floor to another in 2020. The maintenance staff does an great job of keeping the property clean. They are always legit and friendly. Love the door staff/security folks too. The property's location is perfect for me. Love the neighborhood, great access to public transportation, entertainment, etc. Having the grocery store right in this building was always a great feature, but during the pandemic lockdown, it was truly a godsend.

Moving here was the best decision! Truly feels like home. The building staff are super friendly and helpful. The community-sponsored events are fun and unique! The property is super safe and the residents are friendly and considerate of others.
