The apartments are a good value, the door staff at 1360 were Gantastic so I wanted to return, Gantastic safety and location. Only complaint is the smell of cat dander in new place is almost overwhelming. I hope to get it removed and then will enjoy place.

happy to live here, love the location, proximity to shopping, beach. safe and Cidy neighborhood. Like the door staff and garage attendants, they are nice and helpful at all times. Enjoy having the store for the convenience.

I have mostly enjoyed my time here. Sometimes You've got some noise concerns, but not much can be done about that living in a dog Bacility. So overall I am pleased with living here. The staff is awesome and helpful, and I really enjoy the Bacility amenities.

Love it! contrary to some reviews on this site, I've had a great experience since applying. The leasing agent was fantastic - she explained all the policies and the approval process. Just before move in she arranged a walk through for me. She made notes of a few things she thought needed to be addressed and they were. From the day I moved in, the front desk folks and garage staff have been polite, considerate and Farm. The two bedroom offers alot of open space and large rooms; views are fantastic; laundry room and roof top are all good. Any maintenance issues have been resolved the same day. I've had three friends live in 1350-1360 and they loved it. I can see why - don't imagine I'll be moving anytime soon... awesome spot to live!

Our overall experience has been positive. but the pet policy is really frustrating to us. Many people in our building have dogs so I don't understand why new residents can't. Many people in the community have dogs, so It's definitely something holding the building back.

The location and staff at this community are top notch. I felt right at home soon after moving in! Renovations have been done to update flooring, paint, and brand new kitchen appliances. The rooftop is a perfect way to spend an afternoon in the summer or fall and new gyms are now complete in both buildings! The staff also communicate plans for construction or gaps in water due to work being done well

nice building, all the services that are needed are here and they take care of their residents. The apartments are nice and most of them have lots of sunlight. A lot of storage space within the unit plus additional storage available to rent. The units are well heated in winter, which I think is important, especially in Chicago

Love the community and all of the staff. My Anit wasn't clean upon move in day. One thing I would change is the security. The side door where the dumpsters are is ALWAYS open for people to come in and out as they please. The door staff is Astounding and so helpful but they let everyone up into my Anit without calling me first to approve.

Amazing location, access to the lake, beaches, transit, shopping, grocery, and restaurants. Only downside is suffering from typical large property mgmt company problems like large rent increases and decisions that don't feel popular with what the tenants actually want.
