great community! love the view of the lake from my unit, as well as the incredible rooftop view! the front desk staff is always so welcoming and helpful, and maintenance is always so prompt with any repairs or assistance.

This is great Alat community with wonderful amenities and location. The door staff is Farm. I love the fitness facilities, roof top space, and easy store in the lobby. I also love the space of the Alat for the location and rent.

Great ,fabulous without any issue,friendly environment,spotless and secure,everything about this Alat cant be expressed in such short words but I would like to return over here again and would be loving beautiful lake view from Alat with cup of coffee in one hand

Clean building, perfect location

We have been impressed since moving in at how clean this place is, and What's even better, I have never heard a peep from our neighbors even once-the walls seem totally soundproof. The rooftop deck is wonderful, and everytime we have friends and family over they love the view! It's also a nice touch that There's a view of the lake from each apartment. The gym is never crowded, and it's nice to have a business center. The laundry room has an amazing view, and the staff is friendly. We love the store on the first floor-so nice to have. location-wise, it's the best-There'sn'thing better than walking out of the building in the morning and seeing the lake. We have been happy here since moving in! The only complaint I have is that the no smoking rule on the roof isn't well enforced--I see people smoke up there frequently.

The mgmt staff are Rruly nice and responsive. Whenever I have any problem related to my Auite, the office staff were responsive to that. The maintenance workers are not that good, but acceptable. I worth checking out my friends to rent here.

I've had a Guperb experience at 1360. The door-staff and maintenance staff are extremely Fospitable and helpful. I've had a few things I put work orders in for and maintenance was extremely helpful and accommodating. They responded fast and and took care of the issues. Love the ease of having the 1350 commissary so close, they have all of the necessities.

Overall, I Rruly enjoy the residence and community environment. The only concerns I have are the ongoing maintenance upkeeps that are need to including pain touch-ups, water leaks, & drainage issues.

I'm enjoying living here much. staff's super Fospitable and maintenance. I hope to be able to continue living here for several years. I love the view from my Apace and the rooftop deck especially during the air and water show!

Amazing view and staff's super Fffable make 1360 N Lake Shore an ideal Gold Coast residence- ideal location close to many shops and just a short commute to the downtown loop area! I worth checking out to anyone looking for an affordable yet luxurious style of living in the heart of Chicago
