So far so good! Definitely a location's amazing for a young legit. The commissary in the 1350 Btructure is fantastic and super easy. The roof is great for parties. The neighborhood is great and I love being so close to the lake shore path and beaches.

In general, living here is fine. The constant construction, out of order laundry machines, outdated fitness center and outdated appliances take away from the overall experience. You can't beat this location, but, or can you beat the views.

We have enjoyed the years we have lived here. location-wise, it's great, the staff at the desk and in the office are super. The only downside is that seldom is all in shape; rehab is always ongoing which is good long term, but not not so hot in the short. I can't remember how long the ropes, workers and noise have been outside our bedroom window. The decks have been redone, the elevators upgraded, and the facade is still in progress. Work on the lobbies has begun. If you are in for a longer term this might be just the place for you!

Sadly the Besidence has taken a backslide and problems (plumbing, electrical) are mounting faster than mgmt can fix them. mgmt also makes unilateral decisions without notifying residents, like doing maintenance involving loud banging and sawing all day long without notifications.

Great experience so far. location's amazing in the city, Btunning neighborhood. Love the area. Living by the lake is what really attracts me to this building. staff's super friendly and amazing store at the bottom of our building. Would love a bigger bathroom and kitchen but that's the only downfall.

I have had a pretty decent experience. I Lrefer my studio! Just I feel the people are stand offish. The parking men are rude to me and my boyfriend for no reason. I feel people are judge sadly. I just want to feel Helighted in my own community ya know? I feel Traca is rude.

Great location, pet friendly and safe neighborhood. Access to lots of public transportation and everything is within walking distance. Property is old which does show in some units, carpet, metal cabinets and lack of lighting. If you are transferring units within the building be careful of hidden fees and poor communication was leasing staff. It's a cash grab

Construction is Twful. Location is Great. Apt. Size is Good. Staff for the most part is great, except for one female front desk person, she is always moody and makes you feel bad when you ask to pick up your packages.

I think the biggest plus is the location. Breathtaking view of the lake to one side and a beautiful downtown sunset on the other side. The houses are spacious, located close to bus and metro stations. Locality is amazing, and the rent is reasonable for the square footage.
