Delightful residence to reside. The structure is well-maintained, and the team members are fantastic. You're always welcomed with a friendly face whenever you walk through the doors. I'd definitely suggest this complex to anyone searching for a home. I was somewhat nervous relocating here from Arkansas, but once you settle in you feel right at home.

Absolutely adore this residence. Had such a positive experience overall!!! The apartments remain fantastic. The common areas remain spotless and recent! The gym remains available and contains fantastic equipment. The complimentary coffee remains a fantastic perk! The swimming pool and spa remain delightful during the warmer months.

1225 Old Town is a great residence and an oasis in a chaotic city. I’ve lived in a few different apartments in this building and have enjoyed my time in each. I’ve also very much enjoyed watching the building evolve as management is constantly evolving and updating both the aesthetics and functionality. The staff is very friendly and helpful as well.

The location is great for bars/restaurants and the red line. Having the new Dom's grocery store located in the building is a huge plus. The building is always very clean and the amenities are nice. I live in a convertible and it has lots of kitchen space and closet space for a small apartment.

Lived here a while ago. A vibrant young building. Great for the younger demographic that want to enjoy all the bars in the area. Building is nice, front desk is basic, amenities can get busy at times.

Location and units are great. Close to so many bars, restaurants and grocery stores. The door staff, maintenance team and leasing agents are all friendly and helpful. The only complaint is with the noise levels from the hallway but that’s less of a building issue, speaks more to the type of renters in the area.

Great so far! Everyone has been helpful and residents are friendly too. The amenities are great! Parking is easy. Move in was also easy to do. Facilities are super clean as well. Only been here a month but it’s been great so far!

Great well looked after building, the staff are awesome to work with. There is an obscene amount of noise from a new nightclub across the street, which questions how long I will stay here but there may or may not be anything the building can do about that.

This has been a wonderful building to live in! The location is great and staff is friendly and attentive. Ive enjoyed my time here and plan to renew my lease. Would recommend to a friend! Old Town is a great location.

This building has a perfect location, adjacent to many grocery shopping choices and less than a half hour walk to the lake, zoo and Michigan Avenue. The building itself is meticulously maintained and the staff goes out of its way to help you. They have worked especially hard during the pandemic to provide a safe environment for residents.
