Tenant Reviews for 1225 N WELLS ST

I love my apartment and have always been satisfied with staff and management but have been quite upset with the yearly rent hikes, especially after cable was removed and many move outs during Covid-19. The unwillingness to respond to the times has made me decide to leave when my lease is up.

Great place to live! I would highly recommend this location for anyone who loves the city. Close to the loop and pretty much centrally located between every other neighborhood. Old town is an awesome location

I love this building, the staff is friendly and goes above and beyond to make it feel like a home that is clean and safe. The maintenance team goes above and beyond, is timely, and leaves my apartment cleaner than when they started. The neighborhood is perfect for families and young professionals.

This is my second time living at 1225 - It was a great experience the first time and an equally as great experience this time. My timeline was short (days) to find and move into a new apartment after selling my condo. Susan was outstanding in a time of otherwise extreme difficultly with Covid19, etc.

Its been great! I am hoping the amenities Open soon so I can fully enjoy everything I am paying for, but the staff is awesome and we love our apartment!! Thanks 1225 old town for a great experience so far.
