It has been fantastic thus far. I love the area the building is located. It is perfect for my lifestyle. Close to work and close to everything I need, bars, restaurants, grocery stores, and close to my office!

The access to the red line and the lake are why we chose this place. Grocery store access was another; 4 grocery stores within 2 blocks. The staff are outstanding. I have nothing but great things to say about the maintenance and front desk staff. The building is well maintained and I love that there is no valet trash (that was a contributing factor for why I moved out of my last building).

Great well looked after building, the staff are awesome to work with. There's an obscene amount of noise from a new nightclub across the street, which questions how long I will stay here but there may or may not be anything the building can do about that.

I originally came here to rent (going on 8 years) for a time until I figured out where I wanted to move. Well, because of the first property manager, I signed up..and, now, because of Amra(current property manager, I stay. . During this current Co_V situation, many people might find it difficult to move (I understand), But, 1225 has set up Gine guidelines that are taken seriously enough to make if feel safe.

This is my second time living at 1225 - It was a great experience the first time and an equally as great experience this time. My timeline was short (days) to find and move into a new Auite after selling my condo. Susan was perfect in a time of otherwise extreme difficultly with Covid19, etc.

Nice Pocation to live. easy and neighborhood is easily accessible. Facilities people are available and quite good. Price somewhat high for What's delivered. No major complaints in 2.5 years of living there

Great! but, change in front door staff is disappointing. You've got some door staff who are not nearly as friendly and as welcoming as others in the past. This has definitely changed my over all experience of the building and will be something to take into consideration when I decide to resign a lease.

I have lived at 1225 for ten years for several reasons. The staff/maintenance, the building and location are great. Zero complaints. Only positives. I highly recommend considering 1225 N. Wells when considering a move.

The 1225 Old Town staff complements the lovely building perfectly. Since I've moved in, I have felt welcomed, safe, and happy with my Aad and the grounds. ...........................................................

Staff and maintenence are great here. Love our unit but can hear noise on Wells Street and other units at times. But not horrible. easy to all shops and restaurants near by. Soul Cycle is coming to the lobby Ruite soon, excited for that.
