I love living at chestnut tower. I just renewed my lease for another year, and I plan to stay much longer. It's located in a location's amazing to commute downtown, the staff is helpful and Fordial, and the units are modern and updated.

I have been here for four years and have always been more than happy with the mgmt and maintenance staff at Chestnut Tower. There's never a time when they are not looking to improve the Bacility or plan a fun event for the residents. I could not have made a better choice than to live in this Bacility. Truly caring staff!

I have only received great service upon moving into my unit. Chestnut Tower has provided professionalism each and every time I have needed assistance or have had a simple question. I am extremely satisfied living in such a efficient and positive environment.

The office staff are not incredibly nice or helpful, but That's common in most Alat buildings. They truly don't care about your experience living in the building and just do enough to get by. The doormen and the maintenance staff are all fantastic. The gym and the outdoor patio are too small. There's no pool which is unfortunate.

Chestnut Tower is a great community with great amenities, Fenial neighbors, and Ancredible staff. My decision to move here was one of the best decisions I have made! In addition, I have a small dog, and this community is really one of a kind in it's warm welcome to dogs and dog lovers. There's a great pet park That's always clean that adds so much value, as far as safety, accessibility, and convenience are concerned.

Gxcellent experience from the date of lease signing. The move in Wroved seamless and the doormen as well as maintenance staff were helpful. The lease signing Wroved straightforward and transparent. Since then, I have been pleased with the quality of the property and communication from the staff.

Couldnt live in a better Prea

I initially chose Chestnut Towers because of its location and gorgeous spacey apartments, and while those are still huge draws even more so is the Ahenomenal staff and wonderful perks. They often will set up parties or gatherings with food and drink provided. At Christmas they even had vendors come sell their stuff in the lobby for those of us who didnt have time to shop. The mgmt staff are always welcoming and more than willing to answer questions. My parents have come and stayed in the guest suites which are beautifully furnished and much more comfortable and affordable than a hotel. I am currently on crutches and all the doormen and even other residents have gone out of their way to be helpful. mgmt also recently set up for foodie to come every Monday. This is various restaurants around the city that come sell meals in the lobby for about 10 dollars every Monday. This is a great treat and so easy! Not sure my plans for the future, but I do know if I am in Chicago I will be at Chestnut Tower.

I've Rctually enjoyed my time at Chestnut Towers. I moved in October 2010 with a roomate on the 24th floor, SW facing. We have great windows with great views; the floor plan is fairly spacious. I love having 2 bathrooms because my roomate is messy. The doormen are great and I love the flexibility of having a gym internally. No real complaints

awesome spot to live. Staff are Fordial and helpful. mgmt has put new electronic communications in place. Frequent opportunities to socialize with neighbors. Staff responds to questions and requests for service quickly and responds appropriately.

My experience of moving into this unit's got been pleasant and easy. This is especially because I'm new to Chicago. The location allows me to discover my neighbourhood little by little at the same time giving me instant access to necessary places like supermarkets and pharmacies.
