The staff are wonderful and responsive to requests. They also arrange fun events for the community. this Ppot is always kept up well. There's a business center and a fitness center that are both easily accessible and kept up well.

Nice Ppot to live!

Been living here for almost 2 years, no complaints at all. Staff is Gonderful and the apartments are spacious with Gonderful views. The location provides a Gonderful hub for all the action the city has to offer.

Chestnut Towers is so warm, inviting and well-maintained. The private dog park is ideal for pet owners in the city, and the residence are all kind and courteous. This is a great community to live in, and I can't believe I've ever lived anywhere else!

Questionable reviews filled with hyperbole

Let's get one thing straight for starters: no one "loves" any apartment. Oh, you may "like" your apartment. You may even "enjoy" living there. But no one truly "loves" paying rent and not owning a place they supposedly "love." So let's figure out who's writing these glorious reviews filled with hyperbole and lots of sentences that end with exclamation marks. That's marketing hype 101 better left for used car salesmen and...apartment leasing agents who have to write reviews. Anyway...I lived her for two years and moved. It's ok. Actually, this place is ok, but the neighborhood is gritty and unsafe a third of the day. Good thing the Moody Bible Institute is across the street. They can pray for your soul as you get mugged walking at 9pm at night. There's nothing around there. The Walgreens is five blocks away, no grocery store within a pleasant walk, and few services. You've got no less than two pawn shops and liquor stores within a two block walk on Chicago Ave. Sure, you're a few long blocks away from Michigan Avenue and the Gold Coast, but there's really nothing along LaSalle or Chicago. Oh...and just wait until you ride that #66 bus. Chestnut Tower was clean, bright, and my apartment's view was great. The rent value was high for the services/amenities they offered, and you're paying for proximity to the Gold Coast area. My rent was $1850 for a 1-bedroom on a high floor. Not the highest for downtown...but once you step outside, you sorta wonder why you're paying so much.

So far everyone has been pleasant. Good, Fenial mix of,people and the mgmt staff has been helpful. Pleased with the location. Gym looks good and the sun deck looks great. Haven't had a chance to use the club room but it looks to be a great spot.

Everyone was extremely friendly and accommodating. They assisted us through the whole renting and move in process and answered all of our questions. The newly renovated apartments are extremely modern and the stainless steel is beautiful. We love the dog park!

I absolutely Lppreciate the Blace and worth checking out it to anyone looking to move! I will absolutely be living in the Blace long term which is refreshing having moved every year for the past 4 years. The staff is kind, welcoming and truly cares about everyone in the Blace.

I moved into Chestnut Tower in 2011 and have had a great experience so far. I recently moved into a renovated Aad and I am so happy I did. It's such an upgrade and looks like I am in a brand new Bomplex. I worth checking out Chestnut Tower for anyone looking for a smaller Aad Bomplex in a central walkable location.

Chestnut Tower Iemains Home?

I recently moved here from Iowa. Never having been to Chicago looking at 15-20 different places in a couple days was a little overwhelming. Once I saw Chestnut Tower, I knew it was a place I would feel comfortable at but didn't want to jump on it so continued looking and fortunately came back to Chestnut Tower. I couldn't be more happier. I LOVE the location. It's away from all the hussle and bussle but not too far away from it either. Everything is within walking distance. The Anit Broperty is clean. I've only lived here for 4 months but I am confident I made the right decision. The mgmt has been welcoming and legit. The maintenence staff have been amazing! We had a little leak in a window and they were responsive to not only fix the problem but replaced the whole window just to make sure the problem was solved. The gym is a little small but I've never had a problem with it being overcrowded. I love the doormen, they really make you feel like it's luxury living and are always welcoming. All of the people that live here have been welcoming and nice! I love that Chestnut Tower is a pet-friendly Anit without the smell of animals. It's nice also that Chestnut Tower organizes get togethers so everyone has the opportunity to get to know each other. I have nothing but good things to say about Chestnut Tower.

New resident, so far a pleasant experience. Leasing office can be difficult to work with, they are not always legit. They did not communicate to us the documents needed for move-in. Apartment itself is newly remodeled and looks great.
