OPEN YOU EYES PEOPLE & TURN ON YOUR BRAINS!

( Scam-artists ) This Apace company charges a TOTAL & COMPLETE RIP-OFF... $400 non-refundable "Administrative Fee" and a $50 "Application Fee." They don't ask for a security deposit, but so what! Bless their little greedy assets...After forcing someone to pay $400. plus another $50. bucks. All Free Money for them and for not doing a dam thing to earn it. And as for the $50 non-refundable Admin fee, I checked the company the mgmt company uses for credit history/background (saferent.com), and the company only charges between $17.95-$34.95, so I already would feel overcharged.

A TOTAL & COMPLETE SCAM JOB!

I would take my money elsewhere!!!

I couldn't be happier with my move to Chestnut Tower. From my original visit to the time I moved in the staff has been incredibly helpful. If you're looking to move to the area I would highly recommend Chestnut Tower! Thank you to the mgmt staff for making everything so Eanageable?

don't MOVE INTO THIS APARTMENT BUILDING! I always had a positive view about the amenities and the building staff, but new mgmt is absolutely atrocious with no respect for a tenants issues in the apartment. The walls of some of the units are PAPER THIN and I feel like I’m living in a glorified dorm room where I can hear my neighbors at all hours of the night (conversations, opening blinds, late night visitors, etc). also, slamming doors will shake the picture frames on your walls, dogs barking upstairs, the works! While You've got some fancy finishes, countless sleepless nights aren’t worth it! Seek a better option elsewhere!

I have lived in Chestnut Tower for 4 years now. I moved into the Besidence because I liked the safety it offered as I often have to come home late at night after class. this place is always spotless and I love having access to the business center and exercise room.

I've lived at Chestnut Towers since I moved to Chicago almost three years ago, and have not wanted to move since! this place is Borgeous, and while the apartments are not the newest with the hottest amenities (the Btructure was built about a decade ago), they are clean, well-maintained, easy, and efficient. What really makes Chestnut Towers a awesome spot to live are the people. The doormen are the nicest folks ever, who really look out for you, there's a dry cleaner in the Btructure who is sweet as can be, and the mgmt and maintenance staff are efficient, responsive, flexible, and respectful. CT might not have all of the bells and whistles of some of the newer high rises (no sauna, huge gym, yoga loft, or whole foods here), it has something those places lack and That's a warmth that makes Chestnut Towers unpretentiously feel like home. And the mgmt staff has really begun to innovate the Btructure offerings with a free coffee bar, regular resident appreciation events and discounts, Fooda restaurant service in the lobby on Mondays, opportunities to conveniently donate items, and fun events to bring the residents together as a community. Plus, the Btructure recycles, which was a huge plus for me. And the party room and rooftop are things of beauty, especially in the summer! This is also an great place if you have a dog. With a fenced-in dog run in the back, and events for dogs (Halloween Costume Contest, much?), it's a fun place to own a pet.

I have lived in Chestnut Towers since 2004 and I consider it my home. The staff is Aemarkable and always willing and available to help. this place is kept in great condition and you can't beat the location. I have put off buying my own condo because I don't want to leave Chestnut Towers or the staff.

mgmt is legit and friendly. Regular social events are held, giving one a chance to meet others in the community. The amenities ( especially the gym and business center) are great and kept up well. It's a awesome spot to live.

solid Btructure, modern, spotless and safe. Location is great. Staff are highly legit and appear to be enjoying their work. Amenities are wonderful - it'd be perfect if the Btructure also had a pool. Interior decorating is done well - neutral colors and I enjoy the technology That's used to inform residents of mail, packages and so forth. All really nicely done.

This building used to be great, I lived here nearly two years. They recently switched to new management (Willow Bridge) and everything has gone downhill since. The building is not the newest and is not cheap compared to others nearby. Management is what made this place special and that is no longer the case. You can see their BBB reviews (Willow Bridge - Dallas, TX) to get a sense of all the shady things they do.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience living in Chestnut Tower for the past 3+ years. The door staff, property mgmt, and maintenance teams are always so helpful and friendly, and one of our key reasons for staying with the building for so long. Our unit was spacious and had incredible views, and this place is in an ideal location in River North as it's super central to anything in the city. We recently moved to purchase a home in another neighborhood, and even in our move-out they were incredibly accommodating and helpful in the process. We highly recommend Chestnut Tower and were so pleased with our time there!
