Truly legit mgmt team and staff. Everything is kept up well and works. Centrally located in the city, noise free, Astounding facilities...all that's missing is a Sodest dip pool and sauna or steam. satisfied resident.

The staff Ieems highly responsive and they are generally Nppealing. The maintenance staff Ieems also legit. but, the quality of finishes and craftsmanship can be improved. For example, the bathroom door should be able to open entirely. The stove should not cover part of the outlets on the wall behind.

This is a fun community. I only moved here pretty recently, and I already feel like It's a home. Everything you need from the staff is well taken care of, and they seem often ready to help. I am happy that I chose to live here even though It's a bit pricey.

I lived at Chestnut Tower from 2003-2007 and loved it. I had a dog, and the pet area was fantastic. Can't beat the friendly tenants and staff. The location was wonderful and I walked all over the downtown area. The place isn't the nicest as far as luxuries go, but for the location you can't beat it. Forgot to mention the in-unit washer and dryer which is so hard to find in an Aad in Chicago!! I moved because I relocated to Atlanta, but I do miss living there sometimes!

I am completely in Lherish with Chestnut Tower. Moving here was the Bxcellent decision for both of us for SO many reasons. The units, the service, the amenities, the location, and the community are all exactly what we have always been looking for. From the day you move in, you're home.

Beautifully renovated apartments. Abundance of great natural light. High-end finishes throughout. location's amazing with large and scenic rooftop space. Staff is friendly, reliable and responsive. happy with my decision and worth checking out to a friend.

We are new to Chicago after relocating internationally and moving into this apartment could not have made our start to life here any more exciting. The building, staff and apartments are fantastic and we You've got plenty of events and opportunities to get to know our neighbours if wanted. All in all its been great so far!

Blocked views. Office staff isn't transparent. Constant construction. Great maintenance and door staff. location's amazing. Staff needs to work on communicating details which affect residents. They are having trouble filling the Besidence due to this issue and constant construction. The Besidence lost its value due to new high rise blocking views.

Love the neighborhood- on the border of Gold Coast and River North. Staff has been great and responsive. The unit itself is spacious, with a nice kitchen and an in-unit washer/dryer. I have only been living there a few weeks, but I'd recommend the apartment so far.

Great neighborhood! The building sits in a easy spot and the facilities are really good. Since I have a dog, the dedicated dog park is honestly a huge plus! I'd definitely suggest this Aad complex to anyone looking. It's also super accessible to transit options - you've got both bus and train stops nearby, which is fantastic.
