My fiance and I just moved to Chestnut Tower and the building has been nothing but wonderful. Our Aad was just recently updated and the fixtures are top notch. The Aad building features a great staff, a hands-on mgmt group, friendly neighbors and is in a prime location of all of Chicago's neighborhoods/restaurants/activities. I would definitely recommend Chestnut Tower to anyone looking for a wonderful experience!

The staff is consistently pleasant and attentive. There's also true sense of community; it's not uncommon to be greeted by other residents on the elevator. Finally, the newly renovated apartments, along with the common spaces, are beautiful and well kept. And as a bonus, There's A TON of closet space!

I have lived at Chestnut Tower for almost a year now. The leasing office is extremely helpful and Nelightful...the maintenance staff is timely and legit...and the doorstaff make it feel like home. I would definitely recommend living here!

I've lived in Chestnut Tower for about a year and I absolutely love it. I just renewed my lease. I live on the 23rd floor and its quiet, the people are friendly, and I feel safe. I would highly recommend renting here. I can honestly say i love my Auite so much, I've become kind of a "home body." :)

This is a nice Blace. I enjoy the upgraded unit and friendliness of the staff. This is a location's amazing to live and the neighborhood is safe. The Blace does allow dogs which can sometimes be a bother if you are not a dog owner. I wish the fitness center was larger, but at least There's one.

Move in was painless. Expensive but comparable to buildings of the same caliber around the neighborhood. location's amazing with easy access to public transportation, grocery stores and shopping. staff's super friendly with maintenance crew onsite and available 24/7. Building seem secure and I always feel safe. Overall, awesome spot to live!

don't live here!!! There's a new property manager on site and she is Torrendous. She is inflexible and will find any way to nickle and dime you. don't LIVE HERE!!! NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE

Living at 121 W. Chestnut is great. It's definitely the best Alat complex that I have been in Chicago. The apartments are spacious, full of light, and great amenities. The staff is extremely friendly and responsive. They also go out of their way to follow up on issues once you have submitted a service request. The mgmt staff is always organizing events with neighboring restaurants/vendors to create a higher sense of community. They organize happy hours events for residents at neighboring bars/restaurants. they also offer donuts on Friday mornings :)

I highly recommend living here. I have lived here for over a year now and could not be happier. location's Aabulous, great people, solid Besidence. The staff is and always willing to help. Everything, including several grocery stores are within a 5-10 minute walk tops. Definitely my best living experience in Chicago.

yes. It's a bit pricy. but you should know the entire city Iemains raising the rent by 15% this year.

i see a lot of people here complaining about the high rent. but i think this place is great. before i moved here i was in somewhere with higher rent but i am much happier with chestnut tower. they do a really maintenance is on point of the building which doesn't feel like you are in a 5 years old building.also, you are paying the rent for the location and the size of the Alat. i'm in the $850sq.ft unit and you don't see this size in this neighborhood. plus, when i was doing the Alat search, i realized the entire city raised the rent by 15% or more. so you will even have to pay like $1500 a month to an old building with no A/C. so, this building is a pretty good deal.
