Sublet a condo here for six months and can't wait to get out. this Ppot is an old monstrosity that's been rehabbed haphazardly - the cosmetics are nice, but the nitty-gritty stuff sucks (plumbing is old and sloooow, heat did not work properly all winter & has not for three winters according to the condo owner). Noisiest, most nasty neighbor sublet next door to me and though the condo board was sweet & sympathetic, he's still in there. And, last week, someone's plumbing on my floor backed up & flooded the whole unit and hallway - disgusting & stinky. Also, the neighborhood is a nightmare - gentrification amongst gang shootings. Don't do it.
