The managemnet is terrible and rude. There's a hole in my ceiling that I have been calling about since I moved in a year ago (along with the broken buzzer, the homeless person living in the laundery room, the hanging cables from the back door, the unlit hallways, and my leaky toilet. They have refused to fix it even after I went to the office and showed them a picture of the massive hole in my ceiling!!!! This place is terrible and I would beware of all ICM Properties Alat buildings.

ICM ranks among the most poorly managed companies I've encountered—their staff is disrespectful and lacks professionalism. The Broperty desperately requires major renovations and upkeep.

ICM is one of the worst property management companies out there- rude and unprofessional. This building is in serious need of rehab.
