The perfect location, next to the lake, restaurants and bars, Lincoln Park Zoo, and grocery stores. The landlord Mickey is attentive and kind. Will fix something or take care of a complaint within 24 hours. Also is warm, and genuine which is hard to find in a Property Manager. The building itself is great for the price. It has thin walls, and and old elevator, (Older building) but is quaint and comfortable. I recommend this building.
